Add new plan is finally stable on iPad. It doesn’t disappear anymore after a reboot ..

The screen time font with the hours and minutes seems a little larger... maybe bolder on the widget and on the main screen.. compared to before. Or am I seeing things?

There is some changes under screentime where it shows your first pickup now and what apps were first used after pickup. Interesting.

eSIM for additional carriers yet that guy was adamant that they didn’t need any new software updates for eSIM.

I think they were actually able to flip the switch server-side for the new carriers. Swisscom, for example, showed up as a certified eSIM on beta 3 already starting today, but it didn't until a couple of weeks ago. So the release notes are probably "incorrect" regarding eSIM, as it's just coincidental.

Just waiting to get home and test Screentime with my daughter when I update her phone. It's just broken. Down time doesn't work. It doesn't report her usage to me, nothing.

Yup. Easy P Z

What did you do? I'm trying to set up a prepaid VZ line on my eSIM as a secondary. I downloaded the My Verizon app, showed that my eSIM was eligible, then it just tells me to call customer service to finish the activation and all the reps I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about.

I'm coming from iOS 12.1.1 Beta 3 on my XS Max, why is this now 2.77 Gb install? Weird

I'm only seeing OTA, not getting offered iTunes downloads (says my 12.1.1 beta 3 is current). ??
You will have to remove beta profile for it download the update. Go to settings-General-Profiles-click on remove profile. Restart iPhone and it should download 12.1.1 full delta update.

Yes, I removed the beta profile and rebooted device. I closed and restarted iTunes. OTA is offering the update. I don't want to do this OTA, I want to do this via iTunes. iTunes is not offering the update.

You will have to download full IPSW. Your iPhone build is "newer" (16C5050a) than the one on public release (16C50), that's why iTunes won't offer you the update.

Why not? I've always done the Over The Air (OTA) and no issues. You risk more issues using itunes if you computer freezes or you lose power, or something on your computer crashes.
