If I had to guess, I'd say that this is going to be an unusual year overall. I think they are laying the groundwork for what will likely be an epic release with iOS 13. So I don't know that we'll see the same feature-rich releases during the year that we have seen in earlier major releases.
Hoping this is the case actually.

It is working on my device with eSIM only.

Awesome! And you can confirm that you tried with eSIM only, without a physical SIM inserted in the iPhone? The Instant Hotspot menu appeared on your Mac without needing to enable the Hotspot feature manually?

I'm beginning to be tired of each update bringing new bugs and then it takes ages to fix it.

12.1.2 didn't fix the smart invert colours issues they started to add on iOS 12.0 and 12.1.1.

Is there a way to block OTA update stop asking me to update? I just don't want to update my phone until the bugs are fixed.

I may be completely wrong here, so feel free to correct me, but isn't the first public beta normally from Dev Beta 2? As in there's never a public beta of the first Dev Beta.

Usually on x.0 it’s like beta 3 or so. But for x.x.x not necessarily the case.12.1.1 beta 1 was released to public the next day. Beta 2 was same day.

It works with mine on 12.1.1 Beta 3. Never had any problem.

That's the point of betas.

Remove the beta profile from your phone and reboot. It will only prompt you to update to final releases.

When will the public beta be released . I go to settings and mine says 12.1.1 beta 3 to download. I’m on 12.1.1 final release . Weird

Hoping this new 12.1.2 beta one, public will be out today??

Not sure if it was mentioned but the scrolling of attachments from contacts is now working. Before it would jump to the very bottom. Now it works great.

It’s about time! This bug has been adding hours to my day for work! (Was fixed in 12.1.1 beta 2, then broken in 12.1.1 beta 3. And it’s been broken since iOS 12 retail final versions! Maybe this should be added the the bug fix list posted earlier?

Fixed here too. Mine would jump to the top.

Great but how do we know the public beta with have this fix like the developer one has? Developer vs
Public beta scan be slightly different?

I pretty much gave up using it. It irritated me so badly. I’m glad it’s fixed now. I can’t believe they let it go on for so long.

Developer and public betas are the same (they use the same builds).

New bug with app switcher on beta 1. EDITED to correct typo.

But. I was recently on 12.1.1 beta 3 (this bug wasn't present) and just changed to 12.1.1 final yesterday and this app switcher bug seems to be an issue with the final version too. So guess it makes sense it’s also in the 12.1.2 beta 1 as it’s just an extension of 12.1.1 final version. Argh!

I've tried to replicate this and I can't. Oh well, guess I'm just lucky.
