My Apple maps or google maps most of the time has no idea where I am or it works intermediately.

Might be associated with the ongoing LTE / Cellular inconsistencies in 12.0, 12.0.1, 12.1 betas....
I reset network settings a few days ago and wow, my iPhone XS feels like a completely different device.
I had originally set it up as new with iOS 12.1 beta 1 and just kept loading the betas. The intermittent lag and stuttering has stopped and it’s near flawless at this point. Fingers crossed it continues.

My Apple Maps is closde but generally off. My Google Maps is usually spot on.

Jesus!! I already have wifi problems on 12.01 on my max i thought this would be fixed on 12.1 but i guess not!
I just looked back at WWDC 2018, and Craig said “Photos indexes over 4 million events by time and place, things like sporting events and concerts”. Pretty cool.

Background app refresh has been enabled for almost everything in this beta but this should not effect low power mode !
Notes has used 25% of battery I don’t think so Apple ???
The charging bug isn’t completely fixed. Just ran into the issue.. unplugging/replugging charger in (phone was unlocked).. no charge.. While leaving the phone plugged in. I locked the screen. And then unlocked. Immediately started charging.
I’m getting that animation glitch when going back to springboard where there’s like an icon glitch on the top left corner. It was fixed in iOS 12.0 but now is back in latest beta.
Yup I have, was curious if it was just me since it seemed like an obvious ? bug that would have been fixed in iOS 12.0.1.
Have that too, but also saw it before I installed the beta, presumably in 12.01 - can't remember exactly.
I had this on 12.0 and have this on 12.0.1. I also keep getting old notifications that were already checked. I had this bug on i think 12.0 beta 3 and then since 4th beta it was gone but when i updated to the GM version, it came back... Is anyone having this on 12.1?
On an IPP 12.9 G2 LTE it is pretty much unchanged EXCEPT for video. Video anything; YouTube, Netflix, Spectrum TV, Safari - eats through the battery at an accelerated rate. At least 2x norm or worse.
Example: doing classwork (online) via Safari - mix of reading text and watching video. After 4 hours it had consumed 63% of my battery. Watching 30 minute show in Spectrum TV consumed 6% of the battery. Watching a 20 minute Coming Soon Movie Trailers on YouTube ate 4%.
Much greater than normal. Nothing watched was in highdef and all on WiFi 5G.
Besides the cellular/wifi calling / LTE issues, and less than average battery live compared to 12.0, its great!
