The beta 3 still not show up over the air for me, its still say I'm up to date on both iPads. Do they remove this beta or what?

This beta cannot be installed if you are not already on beta 2 of iOS 12.3. Are you? If yes, maybe re-download the profile. If not, wait till the next beta.

Yes. It will be fixed in the next Beta.

I randomly stopped getting IMessage notifications. Had to restart my XSMax.

And anyone else having issues with Google search page using Safari? Since b2, I have been having huge issues! Searches freeze up Safari almost always. Conspiracy? Google messing with Apple?

They royally f’d up safari in this release and the Data connections. I get that it’s a beta but these kinds of issues shouldn’t creep in this late in the game.

It's only beta 3 my dude. If we were around beta 6 or 7 and having these issues I'd agree with you, but it's only beta 3.

No, voice mail is disabled but had just played a video from the message app.

This latest beta is probably the worst I’ve seen for iOS 12. Just bugs and overall instability everywhere. Hopefully the next one comes out VERY soon.

Beta 3 is definitely one of the buggiest beta releases in a while.
