I’m really liking the Books update. I use my mini quite a bit to read books, and my Pro and iPhone as well at times depending on where I am. I like this new layout a lot.
I'm not a big fan of the serif fonts everywhere.

The developers of any third party navigation apps will need to update their respective apps as well for CarPlay to work. It is a two way street.
Is the battery health section still in beta? Any changes there?Ooh interesting!! New battery stats page!!!
I don’t Apple would have done this without giving Google a heads up. Expect to see a compliant version soon.
It's inside the Siri settings page
EDIT:
Oh, yeah..no app for it beside finding it in settings. Can't remember if they said anything about a specific app to do it in.
iOS 12 does heat up quite fast especially on mobile data, as for battery, feels as if it does get drained slightly faster but gotta see how it performs on a full battery
Yes, they did: at the very least, WWDC is the heads up. It's the introduction of the various APIs and such developers will need to build things like CarPlay navigation integration.
I myself haven’t watched the event itself but I have understood that there should be an app that can create more complex algorithms like by saying something along the lines of “going home” for example to siri it would turn on home-connected apps,it would turn on music on the phone and and open the maps for you. I might have understood something wrong tho who knows

Apple will never say anything about bug fixes or primary focus in their WWDC Keynote. Every OS has various new features with it regardless of whether the primary focus is performance or not, but you can typically tell a refinement OS by how they mention such things as performance improvements and speed.Nope, did you even watch the keynote? Listen to it again. It stated performance enhancements but nothing was said about bug fixes or "primarily" anything. But again nice try. I believe I have clarified what I initially stated clearly (for the one or two who didn't get the point I was making in the last sentences of the post) and what I meant several times. So lets just agree that you are not understanding my post or refusing to acknowledge that you do and let it go. Its not really worth any further discussion. iOS 12 is obviously a new iOS with a lot of changes and updates. Not just a performance and bug fix for iOS 11. THAT was what was said and shown in the keynote. Believe what you want though![]()

Let’s hope they get the Inbox app optimised for iPhone X first, been ages now.I don’t think Apple would have done this without giving Google a heads up. Expect to see a compliant version soon.
Did you turn on News in iCloud Setting on Mojave?I was asked, and some functions are kind of linked, so here's a very brief post on what I think of macOS 10.14 so far.
1. Finally, deleting an iMessage conversation on the laptop deletes it from the phone. It's worked the other way around for a while but this is the first time it's worked this way around for me.
2. Stock & Voice apps - shares settings with the iOS version. Voice memos get copied across both ways.
3. News app - does NOT share settings with the iOS version. Assume they will fix this so the selected topics sync.
4. I still have one major irritation with Safari that makes me use Firefox (Nightly). Swiping back in some forums (especially https://forums.digitalspy.com) causes the page to freeze, redraw, unfreeze, and apply any keystrokes or trackpad movements you may have made while waiting for the xxxxxx thing to unfreeze. Grr.
5. There's an optional "recents" section in the dock for recently opened apps.
6. It turned the dashboard off. Yes, I still use it. I turned it back on but it's a bit of a mess. Oh, which reminds me ... the iOS12 update turned my phone's bluetooth on.
7. Same as iOS12, FaceTime no longer has a split between audio and video, it's now just a huge list of all calls you may have made (including normal phone calls if you have the "Calls from iPhone" enabled). At least there's a "delete all recents" option in the menu.
Apart from the above ... it's pretty much the same old same old, as far as my quick checks go. Doesn't seem to run faster or slower than before.
You aren’t the only one. It is indeed slightly bigger than before. Lock screen text for passcode or FaceID is bigger than before too.Is it me or on the X if you go to the Control Center, the icons at the top are bigger than before?
