Anyone with issue with do not disturb? I tried on it and the background did not turn black... when I off do not disturb, there’s no weather widget too? Any advise on this?

Same for me. I get the black background at bed time but in the am when it’s supposed to say good morning and have weather widget it just pulls up my notifications. It’s wierd because it works for YouTubers showing off the software features but it’s not working for me. When you think glitch you think something impacting everyone not just a few people.

DND works great for me but the Bedtime response is a little buggy. I get the black screen and text stating it’s blocking messages, etc. and in the morning it’ll show “Good Morning” only but not the Weather widget with.

I reported it to Apple so hopefully it’ll be corrected next beta

I’m suprised no one comment on the weather widget

Working correctly for me!

Saw some additional text yesterday underneath the weather info text. Something to the tune of “Dangerous for sensitive skin types,” but basically just additional info (like an orange ozone alert).

I’ll screenshot if I see again.

Force Touch on ‘Frequently Used’ emojis not bringing up additional options (i.e. emojis that offer additional skin tones won’t bring up the selection menu if in ‘Frequently Used’ section.)

Works fine otherwise, but hopefully just a bug rather than having to scroll through to find the emoji again just to change its skin tone, etc.

A couple of things I've noticed that are worth mentioning using my iPhone 7. While on a call if I get another call I miss it as it does not display anything or make any sound to alert me that a 2nd call is waiting.

Go to settings->phone->call waiting. Make sure it’s turned on. 1 of my phones on the beta had this setting toggled off by the install.

Funny you should mention this: installing iOS 12 toggled off several phone settings for me, including Wi-Fi calling and Use Other Devices to make calls. Those are always a pain to re-set up because you have to make sure you're signed in on FaceTime and iCloud (and using the same account). So you have to slog through all those settings to re-set it up.

Did you have your weather app location service always on?

Bar on IPX is very different to this one, even if it wasn’t a bug, it would be changed as it looks bad. Also looks identical to phone bars without signal, and in same position.

I’ve seen many people say that it looks like phone bars without signal. Whenever I have no signal, there are no bars and it says “no signal”. I do find it strange that if it’s supposed to suggest you to pull down for the control center that it’s not shown on cellular iPads (as I’ve seen in some screenshots here).

My phone just used half of my family's 15GB monthly data - in 30 minutes - while on wi-fi.

Tracking app usage now.

Something new: you can now do tapback responses to imessages from the lock screen's quick reply.

I bet you the photos app is checked under cellular apps

I had this issue (on a much less severe basis) last month and I unchecked Cellular for Photos. I found the culprit though: the WWDC app. I set it to download videos of certain presentations. I had been on wifi when I did this and when my phone locks, the wifi disconnects.

7.2 GB. Grrrr....

Haven't seen a post about this yet - is anyone else getting strange spacing on the 4G (4 G) and 3G (3 G) lettering on their iPhone X's? (Attached)

Not a deal-breaker, just a little weird!

Perhaps leaving enough space for double digits in the future such as 10g lol just kidding

Wait.... you’re saying in ITunes you just choose upgrade while holding control ( or windows equivalent) and choose the 11.4.1 ispw and it “upgraded” your phone essentially reverting back to iOS 11?

EDIT - so got really curios and just tested this on my iPad that I upgraded to iOS 12.. and it worked! downloaded the iOS 11.4.1 ispw - loaded up iTunes - hold option on my Mac and choose "upgrade" and it goes through the motions and "upgrades" it / reverts to iOS 11.4.1..

so those who need to go back (maybe due to exchange bugs)... looks like there's a somewhat clean way back!

Do you need to delete the beta profile first ?

I'm so glad playing music falls under screen off time vs what it counts as in iOS 11. Gives me a better idea on battery life.

I like the batter display, but I cannot figure out how I can get the total usage without adding up each hour.

What am I missing?

That’s not a bug, the frequently used section is just exactly that. You’re most frequently used emojis (inclusive of the colour tone you most frequently use). So if you use a certain colour tone most frequently then that is what will appear in that section.
If you want to change the skin tone you will have to scroll to the right and change it there.

Any idea when this changed? I haven’t done it in awhile but pretty sure it allowed me to change the frequently used one in 11.3/11.4 (definitely when the X was first released if not in those builds)
