Ugh. I really don't want to downgrade, but I also don't want to miss the badge.
Now I'm sitting here trying to figure out how to downgrade. Because iCloud Health has probably already been overwritten with the new activity stuff. I might be stuck now. :(

I could do the option + update path, but that could lead to problems.

Why don’t you beta test what happens tomorrow with the activity :)

Surprised you couldn’t just wait to GM or public release tbh!

I've been beta testing on my iPad said beta 1. Never had any issues. How was I suppose to expect that activity would be missing their own badge? It was on my phone already, didn't expect to disappear. If I wait until tomorrow, then downgrading will cause me to lose my 900 day steak.

You weren’t supposed to know. I’m just surprised that given your high level of caution around health and activities that you took the plunge into a beta so close to final. And that it didn’t work out. Sorry.

Hence the reason why I made multiple comments before asking about health and activity. All of which came back with positive experiences.

Being so close to final is exactly why I did update.

FWIW I have yet to see anything regarding the challenge. Hoping it shows up for me tomorrow. Haven't missed one of those since I got my watch.

I changed my date to tomorrow and it didn’t reappear. But my hope is after completing it, watchOS 4 will kick it into place.

Holy crap. Congrats on that at least.

It weighs in at 106MB on the iPhone 8 Plus so it absolutely has more changes than the update bug. That wasn't much code.

It's not one build per change. You can wrap as many changes into a build as you want. So while it is one build ahead of beta 11, it appears to have a significant number of changes, as indicated by the OTA delta size.

The fact that the update is large in size doesn’t necessarily mean that it includes more changes than a smaller sized update.

It’s a beta. Regardless of how stable other people think it is, you should not expect it to be bug free.

F.F.S. Apple, you’re nearing release and you still haven’t fixed the Live Wallpaper/Perspective Zoom bug; the ‘Good Morning’ widget with no weather bug (with Location Services set to ‘while using app’ for Weather); home accessories appearing out of order, but not really, in the Control Center Home toggle; there still doesn’t seem to be any stability improvements to CarPlay; AirPlay is still wonky and the AirPlay menu will suddenly go to the wrong source device; etc. etc. I thought this version was going address and improve performance issues. Yikes.

Not sure how you got me thinking it was going to be bug free out of my post. I’m the biggest proponent on this forum saying that there is no such thing as bug free software.

So thank Jebus that the pop up notification is gone but now I have the dreaded red “1” on my settings icon like I have an update ready (pssst! I already updated to beta 12 :D).

Already forced quit settings and hard rebooted twice.

Anyone else? Just curious.
