FINALLY!!!! You can now search by a partial date in the Photos app and it will find all photos from all years. So before you could only search say "June 19 2018". If you searched "June 19" you would get no photos. In iOS 12 B2 you can now search "June 19th" and get all photos from all years on that day. I've been waiting for this so now i can see all my memories from today. Basically just like Timehop.

anyone have the issue where imessage no longer sends and receives with phone number? only my email addresses show up in imessage settings for send and receive on both my ipad and iPhone.

Update: had to hard reset phone, turn off send/receive from emails, and then it goes back to starting/receiving to phone number.

On my iPad Pro 2, videos on the YouTube app can freeze the device for about five seconds after trying to slide them off the screen. Even pressing the home button doesn’t work during this time. This problem carries over from beta 1 and three different updates of YouTube.

Am I the only one who kind of likes it better how it was in beta 1? I do like being able to see app usage by segment of the day but I also liked the line graph showing when the phone was charging vs. discharging better than the new bar graph. Maybe it will continue to evolve...
Definitely something they are acting working on. Interesting to see what the final version will look like. But very happy to see how ironed out iOS12 is.

Maybe I'm crazy but something looks a bit different with the colors. Nothing bad mind you, but I feel maybe the colors are darker everywhere, like on weather app, settings icons, imessage, etc.

Look really closely. The screen charging thing is still there. Just impossibly faint.

Couple of bugs:
1. Bluetooth icon doesn’t show up despite bluetooth being on (maybe intentional now)
2. The status bar at the top for control center seems to be off. Right side a bit lower than the left side.

My system storage has gone up to about 34GB... ever since I enabled icloud messages in the 11 betas my system storage has been well above 20GB and growing.

I liked beta 1's better, it's very hard to tell when the phone was plugged in now in my opinion.

Looks like the status bar is uneven in Control Center (at least on the X), with the carrier on the left higher than the battery section on the right.

Anyone else having issues with lock screen notifications, specifically e-mail, not displaying? Had this same issue on beta 1 which forced me to restore back to 11. Just installed beta 2 hoping for better results but still seeing this. The messages are fetching as they are already displayed when I open the Mail app. But I never get a notification on the lock screen. I have already tried disabling the grouping with no change.

Stock mail app, I assume?

Gmail notifications are working perfectly here.
