I imagine it's a differential release from 11.4.1 to 12, but if you're on a 12 beta it's just pushing the full image.

Siri Suggestions for Shortcuts are enabled on iPhone 6s or later, iPad Pro, iPad (5th generation or later), iPad Air 2, and iPad mini 4

I was most excited for Siri Shortcuts and them not being supported on the phone I use honestly ruined the update for me.

Yes you need the beta profile since this is not the general public release

No, you have to keep it actually. Check for a software update, the GM should be there. Update and remove profile.
