Carriers are hinting at eSIM for Tuesday, that doesn’t rule out 12.1 for Monday, I’d guess most carriers would want to wait at least a day so that people have chance to update.

It's not really confirmed until it actually comes out, but latest best guesses put it as being out it in the next 1-3 days (basically before November).

Nope. But also dual sim should be up and running Tuesday from reports. So iOS 12.1 tomorrow or Tuesday.

No one considered the new iPads will come with 12.0.2 and then get 12.1 when it becomes available in a few weeks. Wouldn’t be the first time the iPad had its own iOS version.

I’m going for today. I can’t see how carriers can say they will be supporting eSIM tomorrow if the update also doesn’t come out till tomorrow.

Giving a day for people to update before announcing support makes more sense to me.
