This is actually quite funny. The update is so small, that it won’t matter to most of us. But the anticipation is top notch :)
What are you talking about? The entire Apple Watch achievements system is broken and this update needs to fix that, iOS 12 needs a great deal of optimization as well, that’s why we’re anticipating this update.the ECG feature is supposed to be released as well

I'm gonna say public release this Thursday as it will be 2 work weeks since B3 released.

All roads on this lead back to the ECG app. I’m guessing that there’s either been a hiccup with the US FDA or there’s one or more other countries that are close to approval also and Apple is waiting for those and/or making last minute changes to accommodate those.

I would agree that if it wasn't for the ECG feature, we would've gotten B4 with MacOS and TVOS last week.

I'm looking forward to the update because it might enable Galileo support in the US since the FCC approved it. Increased location access is awesome.
