Any day is fair game. Apple chooses when to release updates and could select any date and any time. Just because they have a sort of pattern to releases doesn’t mean that have to stick to it. Of course that depends on the situation as well as with critical releases.

It's basically more down to probabilities (likelyhood) rather than simply possibilities.

Saturday and Sunday are not fair game. It has nothing to do with patterns. If there had been one release on Saturday or Sunday not including 11.2, I would say fine, fair game. But that’s not the case.

Very small chance of a release in 15 minutes. Otherwise we'll be waiting until Tuesday.

Realistically speaking, if it's an adjustment to some calendar data that should be something that is doable with a server-side update of some data somewhere and not much more. That said, hopefully iOS 12.1.3 is still something that's coming as soon as early next week.

I don't know if the means something is coming, but I just got the new Xs Battery Case, and when I plug my phone having the battery case installed into my Mac, I get the attached notice requiring a software update. When I try to install it, it says it is not available on the update server.

Yeah I suspect Monday or Tuesday for a released version. Depending if Apple closes on MLK day or not. Probably a non-beta build of beta 4. (16D39)
