Been seeing that happen here and there with some recent updates. Seems like only signing out of iCloud and signing back in gets it cleared. Strange.

Or it could also just be added to the code for "testing" purposes. We are still waiting on AirPower and code was in iOS for that a year ago.

Normally, xx.x.1 can release the same day for public beta but not necessary for xx.1 release. Public beta starts on the second beta.

That is true. But in this case the anecdotal evidence that these are coming pre-date the iOS code-based evidence. So I think they're a pretty good bet (unless they overheat and catch fire!)

It will be the same as dev beta 1. Apple never releases a public beta that is more advanced than the developers beta.
