Wasn't that, 1PM EDT? Your time stamp shows 3:58 EDT The usual time is 10:00 AM Pacific time, or yes 1:00 PM EDT. So I don't believe it would have been 1:00 pm in other time zones.
Hopefully it will be released tomorrow.

9to5mac typically breaks the news an hour or so before the release and they've been quiet as of today. Probably nothing.

yeah 9to5 are always breaking the news, so my guess is Thursdays have been a good day for betas lately

Apple may still be on the two week testing phase schedule so that would be Monday the 18th but Monday in the US is Presidents Day for must government agencies..Not sure if Apple falls under this soo my guess would be Monday still even it being a holiday

Its a holiday for a lot of non-government people, too, and a big kickoff day for many schools' winter holiday break. I'm thinking Tuesday more than Monday.

Most likely tomorrow.

I think this is a decent possibility, too.
