If anything, there is a chance there won’t even be another beta. Besides last year, there is usually a very long gap between the final beta and the event with the release of the GM.

Why is everyone so hung up on these numbers? Apple will release the next beta of each OS when it’s ready and it will more than likely bear a number “n+1” where n is ... the number of the preceding beta!

Well actually b=n+1/Xx4

Or something like that ;)

Oh unless it’s a Monday, then is just the next number in sequence

predicting beta's go to #10.
9 this week. 10 next week.
Then long (2 week) break to Sept Event per mid month.

More likely so because of the appreciation all around for this current beta implying thereby that it has already been optimised.
