I would think they wouldn't be authorized to provide this information if they didn't know.

My guess is enough people are asking that they went through the right channels to find the answer, and are now giving out the answer. There's no benefit to keeping people in the dark about this particular question.

80min away, i wish its a new build than gm but it won't be. Everything is good on ios 12 but the gm has made my batt life really bad

I am also on GM, hopping for Apple to drop a new build as well. I am going to clean install via iTunes anyways even if the build is the same, to make sure no any files from the beta "GM" left on my phone. /OCD activated

ps: to be honest I am more excited for WatchOS than iOS
