My battery is draining about 5-10% an hour while idling. The battery screen reveals no usage other than a few notifications here and there leaving me to believe an Apple App/Task is draining the battery. I can't get through half a day on my iPhone 11 Pro right now.

How is LTE performance?
On my iPhone 8 with 13.1.2 I am facing exceptionally slow connectivity. Modem firmware is 5.00.01.
It seems to work a little bit better when I select 3G under Voice & Data.

My iPhone SE will hover at say 23% battery for ages then visibly drop percentage points in quick succession. This pattern will repeat itself. If I turn off the SE it will gain percentage points then rapidly fall off again.
I’m expecting unexpected shutdowns to commence shortly 😉
This is exactly the same symptoms/failure pattern that affected my original iPhone SE when I transitioned from iOS 11 to iOS 12 a year ago. It was just in warranty so replaced with the current one which started life on iOS 12 and battery life was great.
Seems like the transition from iOS 12 to iOS 13 has nuked this battery but alas warranty has expired.
I’m expecting unexpected shutdowns to commence shortly 😉

I've also experienced this.
My wife (who is on an iPhone 7 and NOT on iOS 13) sent me a 10 second video a few weeks ago (she was at home on WiFi) and when I received it (I was at work with a good 4G connection on my iPhone XS), it was a small thumbnail video message with a really low resolution and loads of pixelation??!
Same issues on my 11PM with 13.2 beta on Verizon. I have reported it twice to Apple thru beta feedback. It has happen to me on a number of IOS 12.XX and 13.XX versions, beta and regular. Apple's feedback shows multiple reports, but they were unable to solve with information furnished. Go figure.

Battery life on my iPhone XR running iOS 13.1.2. is sublime.
Yesterday at 6:30 AM I unplugged it at 100%. Spent the morning browsing the web, some messaging, but nothing major. I spent the rest of the day using the phone lightly (some twitter and browsing, some viber messaging). On my way home from work I spent about an hour and a half on voice calls, using Airpods. When I was done and arrived back home at 6:30 PM, my battery was at 73%.
It’s now 2 PM here, again I’ve been using the phone throughout the day (messages, reading documents in word) and the battery at 48%.
This now seems to be a three day phone. I also have LTE on as well as automatic brightness. The OS has some bugs, but I’m very happy with battery life.

On my iPhone 11Pro I experienced the following issues:
- GPS is on in total, but I disabled all iOS System related GPS options. Most of my apps use "GPS when in use" and shown than it has been used in the past 24hrs. Everytime I unlock my phone or I use it, I see the GPS Icon showing up for a few seconds also this happens every 6-10mins when I'm using the phone. But I can't figure out why.
- My "Other Storage" is about 7 GB after upgrading from 13 to 13.1.2. I already sycned it with Itunes to get rid of the Diag-Files but it's still set at 7GB.
Yup, had all sorts of issues with iCloud since updating. For some reason it duped a video and so it couldn’t sync properly to my iCloud library. It probably had no idea what to do.
So currently there's no fix for this right?
I nearly send for repair thought the button faulty.
From what I can tell, this started with iOS 13.1.2 that was released on Monday and has continued thru iOS 13.2b2. What’s weird is that I always keep my Apple Watch on silent, and since iOS 13.1.2 was released, my watch has been “mirroring” my notification preferences and still allowing sounds for calls, texts, and emails, basically everything. Power cycling both iPhone 11 Pro Max and Watch S4 on watchOS 6.0.1, turning silent on/off again on the watch, all does nothing. It’s like the mute switch just doesn’t work anymore...

Me too. Phone started ding ding for Siri by itself but then stopped short of announcing itself. All while phone was set to silent and not touched.
today Siri just started repeating a random sentence I said even though I was not interacting with the phone.
So how does optimized charging work with a smart battery case installed?

On my iPhone 11Pro, running iOS 13.1.2: Whenever i turn airplane mode off, my GPS is activated for a few seconds. Same when I join my WiFi Network / any Wifi.
All System-GPS are turned off and the icon doesn't show up the list of last used apps.

Lots of us. Sometimes you get banners, sometimes not. Sometimes you get sound/vibe, sometimes not. Sometimes Messages works, sometimes Mail works, sometimes both work, often neither works. What a train wreck...
I wonder if it’s an App you’ve got installed? What does the battery report say for background items? I’m actually getting excellent battery love on my iPhone 11 Pro Max on 13.2b2
