Still cant get whatsapp backup to work! Since Im on beta, It just doesnt want to back up my convos. Did anyone found a solution? Please, im going crazy

Right but that's not what you've actually been testing. You've been testing updating from iOS 12.4 to iOS 13 beta 1 maybe (?), to beta 2, to beta 3 etc. When 13.0GM is released, that's when we can test the 12.4 to 13.0 upgrade path.
 
Anyone else having the bug where the volume indicator stays on the screen for around 1 min before disappearing?

Screen off/on clears straight away.

I confirm this situation. If you want to avoide battery draining you shouldn't install iOS 13.1 beta 1. There wasn't drain issue with iOS 13.0 Beta 8.

it's crazy how much I've already come to rely on the recent/frequent contacts on the share sheet. missing it a lot.

what's interesting is if you press on any of the blurred boxes, it seems to add a new one lol.

System customization in location services is new to iOS 13 anyone know what it does.? Or is it useless data collection like cell search & wifi networking?

Apple says it’s for something like dark mode and optimized battery charging in some locations.

It’s part of what we have been testing. That test starts the moment I click “Install Now”.
If you have to do anything other than what you would normally do, run into unexpected behavior, or “it’s broke” should be reported.
A “btw - OTA doesn’t work for many” should not be an item at GM.

I updated to ios 13.1 and every app can open and work fine except google hangouts! every time i open it it'll either crash immediately or in about 5 seconds. What should i do to fix this?

FWIW I deleted the beta profile from the watch and restarted and battery life is good again. After 8 hours overnight I’m at 89% this morning.
