The Twitter app was updated this evening and now goes “dark” if you have iOS dark mode turned on.
First app I’ve seen do this.

I want to move over to iOS 13 so bad but the amount of bugs people complain about compared to iOS 12 has held me back
I put iPad OS on my 6th gen and love it so far, love the been photo editor tools as well. But my iPhone is my daily driver and what I use a lot more
I've been avoiding 13.1 public betas so far so is 13.1 PB3 ok on the 6S? In the main i need CarPlay to be stable as i use it daily and heading to the US on Thursday so will be relying on Apple Maps in the hire car which i believe will have CarPlay.
Been happy on 13.1 so far. No issues with my own usage on itUnless you rely on Apple’s stock Mail app heavily, your iPhone should be fine on iOS 13 GM or, better still, the official release this Thursday. iOS 13 GM is not perfect, but nothing to stop you from enjoying it. I use it on my main iPhone 7 and it works really well for all my needs.
Outlook also has Dark Mode now but unfortunately doesn’t follow iOS preferences. Wonder why. Thought I read somewhere that Outlook was supposed to follow system prefs. The Twitter app was updated this evening and now goes “dark” if you have iOS dark mode turned on.

As a stock holder, I look forward to itEarly prediction - Arcade is going to a big hit
XS Max (PB3) forwards SMS/MMS to IPP (PB3) - IPP cannot see messages.
CS Max (PB3) forwards SMS/MMS to IPP (12.4.1) - IPP can see messages.

I'm somewhat confused by what "system preference" means in regard to dark mode. Outlook does have switch for dark mode which enable the for having Outlook in dark mode even if dark mode is not the system setting. Likewise, if you have dark mode enabled you can have Outlook in not dark mode. What am I missing?I think this is because Microsoft wanted to get it out there to match up with their Android version (and, probably, more importantly, Gmail). They did indicate at the time they released it that the other Office apps would be updated for iOS 13 to adopt Dark Mode. I suspect that they will update Outlook to do so then, as well, much like Twitter just updated their app in the same way.

So the overall plan is that dark mode or light mode will be the only choice. You won't able to do what you are doing (as am I, BTW) with the system set one way and individual set the other.Right now in the Outlook app on iOS, there is a toggle for Dark Mode. Turn it on and the interface is dark, all the time, regardless of the iOS Dark Mode settings. Right now, I’m in “light” mode on iOS 13.1 and have Outlook in Dark Mode. I think what is being asked is why Microsoft chose to do this rather than “riding along” with the iOS system settings. My response was that I think they did that so they could implement a dark mode even ahead of iOS so as to match the Gmail rollout.

Thanks! I kind of like the option in Outlook, but I mostly use dark mode now, so probably a moot point. Not necessarily, and frankly, probably not likely. Twitter offering is similar to iOS; one or the other...or automatic mode based on time of day. Other apps will probably follow suit.
Not that I have found. Can't find it settings unless I just overlooking. I'm old so that could happen! In the same vein of discussion regarding dark mode, is there word of dark mode for the gmail app?
Hello, i installed iOS 13.1 beta 3 7 days ago .. I can say that is quite slow than iOS 13 gm . On ios 13.1 beta 3 is lagging is stuttering a lot.. it is just me or ... ? I made a dfu clean install 2 times and all i can see is crappy performance. Is anyone experiencing this bad performance on Xs max 256 g?
My experience on XR and iPP 11 as well! No lag, no stutter just solid performance.I have a 256GB Xs Max, running iOS 13.1 dev preview 3... no stuttering, no lag. I ran beta releases of iOS 13 starting at dev preview 3, and continued on to iOS !3.1 dev preview 3... all updates have been done via OTA... and again, no lag, no stutter.
