This is unbelievably annoying. Makes iOS 13 a downgrade for me :/

My Safari browser on my iPhone xs Max using 4.4 GB iPhone storage. Any idea what that is? I already cleared the data and history.
Signal randomly disappears still. And new bug since 13.1 dropped: Bluetooth audio messes up when you stop playing audio for some time. Have to reboot your phone to fix it. Shutting down phone takes a long time when this bug happens.
I’m shock to see no one report this bug here yet. I’m guessing Bluetooth audio is smooth sailing for everyone. Again. Occurs when you have a similar workflow: Listen music on the way to work. Get to work. Either leave headphones connects or disconnect. 3-5hrs later or your first break. Connect back and play music again bug shows then. Audio speeds up for 1 sec and cuts out. If you switch to speaker. Audio plays fine. Switching back to headphones. Still happens. Reboot to fix.
Anyways. Super annoying since it needs a reboot to fix it. I’m using the Powerbeats pro. Also happens on AirPods 2.
iOS 13.1 might not really have much to do with that aspect of it all.I wonder which one is „more stable“, 13 GM or 13.1b3.
Them rushing 13.1 out by sep 30th makes me think 13.1.
How can the automatic shortcuts (location based) work when there is no option in the settings for „always on“? And nope, they don’t work anymore.
No multitasking from Spotlight at all and none from the home screen without finger acrobatics. Look kids, Big Ben, Parliament*
*I wonder if anyone will get that reference
Are you on public beta? Beta3 has not yet been released for public beta testers, just developers.Beta is not showing up for me any ideas why?
Do you have factual evidence that’s it’s buggy? What features have you personally tested that indicate it’s buggy? The sad part is that the build being released as 13.0 GM is probably still so buggy and unfinished, that it would barely cut the mustard as an early beta build. I'm advising friends and family to not upgrade, for the first time in history.

Can you list out some of the bugs, and how I can replicate them on my device?- I've tested every single iOS 13 beta build on multiple devices - iPhone X and iPad Pro 11
- I've encountered and reported numerous bugs
- I've personally witnessed the tragic (and broken) state of core system apps (Mail especially), many third party apps and overall usability (loss of reception, choppiness, etc.) as the beta phase progressed ...
That enough factual evidence for ya?
