I’m in the UK and on the EE network. I can’t get ‘Add Wi-Fi Calling For Other Devices’ to work/stick. I turn it on in Phone Settings, but if I go back, then in again, it’s always turned off. Anyone else?

I had this problem after restoring from a backup when I was setting up my new iPhone 11 Pro. Unfortunately, the only way I could resolve the problem was to erase all settings and setup as new.

Thanks. That’s ridiculous isn’t it. Will see what EE say.

Mine never has, it does on the calls on other devices (not wifi calling) it did work prior to ios13 though - without anything showing, as it syncs via icloud I believe

When enabled should it show devices below which are using it?

Yes you're right, looks like its on and button stays, but doesn't actually work, turned it off and on again no difference - been like that all the time I've been on iOS13

@ttforever EDIT: ahah when you say it doesn’t work, do you mean it looks like its enabled but doesn’t work?

Any battery drain issue? It’s the main issue since i update to ios13. Now I’m at 13.1.3 and wondering whether i should upate to 13.2 for my new airpods...
This is my first full day with iOS 13 and so far my battery life is nearly identical to where I was at at this time with iOS 12 so to answer your question about battery drain... nope! It is the same as 12 for me on my 7 so far! I’m happy.

I just got back from a 6 mile run with my iPhone paired to my series 2 with Spotify running the entire time And my battery went from 100 to 97 after about 55 minutes. Seems totally normal to me. I also use a smart battery case. That’s why I was at 100% when I went for my run. The smart battery case which is heavily used now was right where it usually was at though under iOS 12.

No strange heating up issues like I had on the GM back when I first tried 13 too. All is good.... so far!

Thanks. Am doing a full backup now...might do a reset later.

Several people have reported it. In the beta feedback app, this issue shows more than 10 similar reports for this bug. It exists for sure. For everyone is debatable, because everyone has a different experience with their devices. I experience the issue here.
Do you know what the issue is called on the feedback app? I just ran into this issue on my iPad Pro this morning and submitted a report but the app shows no recent reports. If I can use the same name for the issue maybe they’ll tie it together.

I feel your pain. If you multitask in Safari, it is basically unusable on 13.2. I posted a video earlier and with just one tab open, I can duplicate a reload of Safari like clockwork. we can only hope they address it soon in a point release. Frustrating for sure.
i honestly dont get why this is bothering some people so much lol. i use chrome on my phone and it doesnt do this at all ive never used safari as i think it sucks personally. but even my safari doesnt reload that much

Just hear to chime in that I am having NONE of these issues on either my XS Max or IP7 (dumb work phone)...even mail is working fine for me now on the IP7. Honestly, I don't tax my phones that much either. Email, texting, some games and social media is about it for me on most days with the usual selection of bank apps, Nest, shopping, etc. every once and a while.

Just leaving Safari to reply to a message or check Mail or any other app is causing all tabs including the open one to reload. And on a site such as the AppleSeed forums you also have to log back into each tab you had loaded. Major pain. Safari doesn’t suck but this sure does.

I honestly don’t know why you care ummm ...lol? Some people use their devices differently than others, hence this bug will bother some folks. In your case, it doesn’t bother you. Good for you, but how about reporting the bug. You would be helping others, if you’re into that kind of thing.

I’ve had 13.2 on my iPad Pro for more than a week, this just occurred today. Just because you haven’t seen it doesn’t mean you won’t.

You don’t get why it bothers people because you don’t use Safari. If you used Safari it would bother you. Simple, end of.

Safari is a complete nightmare on this. Leave it for a few seconds, reload. Switch between tabs on my iPad Pro 2018 for too long, reload and any webform text is gone. It was fine on 13.1.3, I don’t expect perfection and know things will refresh after an extended period or if I’ve been flicking between loads of apps / tabs, but this is absurd.

It shouldn’t be happening on an iPhone 11 and iPad Pro. I didn’t bother with the betas because of people reporting this issue, but there it is in the full release! Apple either need to get a handle this sort of thing before updates are released to consumers or, if they can’t be bothered, pack the devices with a minimum of 16GB RAM to mitigate against it.
I don't understand, I have zero issues on my 11 pro Max.
