This may be the battery case itself and not software related. I had the same issue when I put any pressure on the sides of the phone. It was the battery in the case disconnecting from the lightning port in the case. You may have a faulty case, Apple replaced mine at no charge after 4 months of use.
Nope. Left alone on a table, it will connect/disconnect a ton of times without touching it. Google it. It’s an issue.

IPP 12.9 G2
After resetting this device as new and loading the PB, I am now seeing the return of an old issue, a first for this current replacement; “This device is not supported”. It is referencing my ASK.

Grrrr....

On my older devices, they are connected to Wi-Fi but can’t access the Internet after a period of inactivity. I had to disconnect and reconnect the Wi-Fi.

I have this problem on release 13.3 (and have for a while). I thought it was my iPhone 7 at first, but it also happens on my 8. The only way I have been able to fix it is by changing the channel on my WiFi router, as well as the security type. It used to be the highest (WPA2/PSK) but now it is one security level lower (WPA/WPA2-PSK).

I have this issue occur particularly noticeably since iOS 13.3. I have just succumbed to installing the beta 13.3.1, let's see if this helps my iPhone 8.

I think this issue exists on both Cellular and Wi-Fi.

EDIT

OK. Installation complete.

On my Qualcomm iPhone 8:

Carrier Settings number is 39.5.1 from 40.0.

Modem Firmware has reduced as well, from 5.30.01 to 5.30.00.

I’m also seeing this problem on iOS 12.4.4 on iPad mini 2 and iOS 13.3 on 6S and iOS 13.3.1 beta on SE but no issue on my Xs Max on 13.3.1 beta.

Unfortunate for me, my mesh system will need a reset through the app in order to can make changes to the network but currently isn’t even working properly.

XS Max - 13.3.1 pb
Video.
Been taking a number of year end videos as I take the XMas decorations down. Some are animated.
Finding that at times, for no apparent reason, video recording will just cut out in the midst of a recording. All recordings are less than 60 seconds.

Will keep playing with it ... :(

These little things are pretty darn annoying.

Some newer routers (well, any with newer firmware) try to be clever and continually monitor other wifi networks to check for channel clash. If they decide too many networks are on the same channel it'll switch. This can confuse the hell out of devices connected to it, especially if they were asleep when the channel changes. If you have that feature, disable it.

Would someone be kind enough to remind me of the process to downgrade from this beta?

Below are basic features that should be implemented in an iOS 13 release in a matter of a maximum of 2 months, as I do not feel like we should wait until iOS 14 to see these basic features implemented...
  1. stop regular phone, and FaceTime audio/video calls from hijacking my entire screen and rendering my phone unusable. And,
  2. add the option to "ignore" calls, to allow calls to ring in the background, in the notification center, for instance. As of now, pressing "Decline" will notify the caller of my intention to ignore them as they will either go to voicemail or be given the notification that "___ is unavailable for FaceTime". "Ignore" will allow ignoring without the other party knowing that they were ignored, as a call will continue to ring until it is naturally sent to voicemail or continue to ring in the case of a FaceTime Audio/Video call.
It is 2020 already and we have been dealing with the above for how many years now?!

1. Never going to happen as that is a major UI change and would have been implemented 6 months ago with the initial beta if it was ever planned to be a feature of iOS13.
2. I hit the power button to let it "ring out", but yeah, if they simply changed "decline" to ring out as a default, that would work as well. What do I care if they have to wait for a couple of more rings. ;)

  1. It is unfortunate that that is the way Apple operates.
  2. Agreed. Or, just add a third, "Ignore", button to the already two, "Decline" and "Accept", buttons. More options never hurt...

2. You can press a Volume button to stop the call from ringing/vibrating, without declining it.

It will still take up the whole screen until it goes to Voicemail, which is annoying and in line with 1.
