Anyone else who has had trouble with ear pods constantly disconnecting? Had to reset twice with some days in between Hopefully it will continue to work...
iPhone xs, iOS 13.3.1, Airpods gen 1

iPhone Pro Max / IPP 11 - 13.3.1
Mail. On both devices I have the GMail app with one account and Mail has the same account plus others. From badges, to banners, to notifications, to opening the app, without manually refreshing Mail is never correct. The GMail app has been spot on.

Mail is still busted.
Apples mail app no longer supports push for Gmail. Been that way a long time now so the Gmail app and Apple app will not be the same until you open Mail and let it update. I have the Gmail app installed for notification of new mail then open Apple mail to deal with it.

If it behaved like it is supposed to.

Gmail app badge says 4. Mail app says 1. Open Mail app and manually refresh. It becomes correct. Other times GMail and Mail match.

Read emails in GMail app. Gmail app badge say "". anywhere from 0-4 of the read apps update in Mail without manual intervention. Manual refresh fixes the issue, usually.

Read emails in Mail app. Gmail app updates pretty much real time. In Mail, the read email may drop out of the Unread folder or it may not. Refresh may not even remove it. Return to root and reopen Unread folder will fix.

Problem is consistency. Mail seem to do whatever the heck it wants. Then there are the issues with my Exchange and iCloud accounts. Just wish they would fix it.

Battery.
iPhone Pro Max - battery seems decent but I have nothing to really compare it to aside from a short stint on 13.3
IPP 11 - no real change between 13.3 and 13.3.1
IPP 12.9 G2 - battery is a b****. Burns thru battery quicker on 13.3.1 than it did in 13.3.1 pb.

Since 2 weeks my iPhone XS Max is always getting warm. So the battery life is really bad. I don’t know why. Health is still at 93% since months.

May be a stupid question... but can anyone confirm if I can downgrade from 13.3.1 to 13.3 by simply using the option key and update button on my MacBook? I’d really prefer not to do a full day DFU wipe if I can avoid it

Well again the problem is the fact that Gmail is only supported in refresh mode with Apple mail, no longer ActiveSync. Googles Sync support was abolished years ago (Jan 2013). Outlook.com and any Exchange based email accts should work real time. Gmail simply is not going to. Best to just use the Gmail app if you have to have that feature. I believe the outlook app works also.

I suspect you are not understanding what I am saying. Maybe I am not being clear. It has nothing to do with Google Sync.
The actual behavior of Mail is inconsistent. The setup on my Pro Max:
Gmail App has one account
Mail App has same Gmail account, a second seldom used Gmail account, and an iCloud account.
Push is on for iCloud. Fetch is on for Gmail set to 15 minutes.
Take a look at the badge count for the apps over the space of a day.

G = Gmail App M = Mail App

04:34 G=14 M=10
04:35 G=14 M=12
Read all emails on phone
08:55 G=4 M=30
Manual Refresh
08:56 G=4 M=12
Read all emails on phone
09:15 G=0 M=13
10:14 G=8 M=0
11:14 G=8 M=10
Read all emails on phone
13:36 G=13 M=7
13:49 G=14 M=7
14:21 G=18 M=7
14:59 G=19 M=7
17:24 G=33 M=7
18:26 G=34 M=7
19:11 G=34 M=7
19:17 G=34 M=17
19:22 G=34 M=46
Read emails on MB (MB has same accounts)
19:27 G=0 M=12

The behavior of the badge count over time and action shows no consistency.

Tried using the new moon feature in my camera last night - Supermoon.
Let’s say the result was an

Worked well for me I think.

The moon is no more than a blotch. I am looking to be able to have the photo pull the moon into the picture in focus.

IPP 11 and Pro Max.
I am seeing a new issue with RAM management.
I am getting an increase in the number of "paused" apps that are completely reloading when brought back up. These were not an issue in 13.3 ...
Example: reading in Kindle. Jump to Messages, check an email, maybe do a check of something else and when I reopen Kindle is does a complete reload. Instead of Kindle plug in just about any other app. It's almost like the aggressive management is back.

I have only Safari opened on my iPad. No other app. Only Safari with 3 tabs. A few minutes later all tabs are getting reloaded. If 3 tabs are really too much for an iPad or iPadOS they are not the right devices to work or only surf.

Since updating to 13.3.1, I have been experiencing massive battery drain due to Siri. I hardly ever use Siri so I have no idea what it’s doing. This is occurring on my iPhone and 2 iPads.

You ether wait for it to go away, play with the settings, or best backup it up, full restore & then restore the backup (via Mac).
After leaving it on the charger overnight, or more depending how much data you have, it should be fine.
Edit: there is a chance that won’t solve it since iOS 13 is crap, but it’s the best chance you got.

#images no longer works in iMessage for me since the update. I've tried every solution I can find but reset settings which seems like a really excessive fix for this issue.

Since this update, my phone has not backed up to icloud automatically, when locked, charging and on wifi. I've never had this issue prior to this update. It keeps telling me apps that I don't even use anymore and have since deleted that they weren't backed up. I've tried everything that websites said to do when this happens from signing out of icloud, to resetting the settings and still the same thing. I end up having to manually back every day to keep back ups up to date.

My next step is to a complete reset, and if that doesn't work hope this gets fixed in the next software update, otherwise I'll be making a trip to the apple store.

This happened to me in some previous releases but was working fine in 13.3.1. The way I fixed it was to delete the iCloud backup file in iCloud and force a new backup. It should start working again. No need to reset the phone.

Sometimes I’m very surprised how bad Apple apps are. Mail, Calenders, Reminders... I’ve used Podcast yesterday the first time and it’s seriously the worst app I’ve ever used on my iPhone. Explaining it would take too much time.

I have been experiencing massive battery drain in standby on my 11" iPad Pro for the last 3 or 4 releases of iPadOS 13. I tried everything I knew to fix it. I even did a full DFU restore and installed everything fresh without using a backup. That made it better for a while, but then when 13.3.1 came out, it went back to draining like crazy again.

I've tried everything I know how to do. If I take the iPad in to Apple, they'll just swap it out for a refurb, and I can't even be sure the issue will go away at that point. I feel kind of stuck. I'm really fed up with these battery issues--I've been dealing with it for months now and it's ridiculous.
