Wait, keeping Siri OFF drains more battery than it on?Battery life on my XS Max has been very good under 13.3.1. I rarely see more that about 2% drain on overnight idle. I do keep Siri off normally but seeing some posts about it possible be a drain, I turned it on. It did not make any noticeable difference overnight or during normal use. I have good cell coverage in our area so I don't get much signal-seeking usage.

In the Wallet & Apple Pay section of Settings, I’m thinking the text below the Express Transit Card section should say “...and may *NOT* be available when your iPhone needs to be charged.”
Right?

Not having any of those issues here either (iPhoneXR and iPad Mini4). Sounds like you don’t have any devices that work. iPhone,iPad MacBook nor Android. Makes one wonder what exactly is different that nothing works for you 🤔Yes. I'm trying to restore my phone with the Finder/iTunes without backup again. One last time. I've done this more than 5 times since September. If this doesn't help anymore I'm going to give up.
I was always happy with the iPhone and iOS since the iPhone 4. But since my iPhone XS Max with iOS 13 it's a real desaster and much worse than Windows Vista. And I also have problems on my Macbook Pro 2018, Apple Watch series 5 and iPad Air 3.
I feel 13.3.1 is by far the most polished version of iOS 13 till date. Like I have literally no bugs other than the battery life was better with iOS 13.1 to be honest. But maybe the battery will settle down after a couple of days since I had just upgraded and restored my phone to factory.

Apple still haven’t fixed the buggy as hell Up Next in Music.
If you try to rearrange and move up a song by dragging it in the Up Next screen, 9 times out of 10, it will bug out and fly all the way down or to a random position. Makes it impossible to rearrange the Up Next playlist.
This bug exists in the Music app since 13.0 release. Tested with iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11, iPhone XS Max & iPhone SE.
I had a similar thing with my Philips Hue set up. I sorted it by going into the Siri settings on the Hue app and removing all links with Siri/HomeKit, then re-linking it. A load of things changed in the HomeKit app (scenes and routines) but it is now working again - it’s almost as if both apps where completely out of sync. After 13.3.1 all my smart devices are now “no response” on the home app. I reset all the devices as factory reset and it worked for a few days and now it is off again.
Been checking and wrote a draft email yesterday. Minimized it and have been in all sorts of other apps, about 10 open tabs in Safari, listening to music etc. that email draft is still there waiting for me. No issues at all for what it’s worth.I don’t understand this new aggressive memory management. On the iPhone it’s not possible to work with multitasking. You’re writing an email in Outlook or something else in word, the same time you’re looking for something in Safari and when you come back to the previous app the app just reloads and you lose all your work. You come back to Safari and the tabs are reloading. Same on the iPad. And sometimes Safari doesn’t load some websites, network is still available. I don’t understand how Apple can be so proud about a dumb OS like iOS.
If Android wouldn’t be full of crap I would switch to it. But I don’t know how long I can work with the dumbest OS called iOS anymore.
