Are y'all noticing any app lags or delays when opening a new app? I've read a few reports of it, but I wanted to know for certain if it actually was a real issue.

Yep. Some of my apps take longer than usual to open and then just crash. I can open them back up and they work fine afterwards. It’s completely random.

That’s the exact same problem I’m having on my iPad Air 2.

I did a restore and restore from backup (I kind of needed to do that anyway since Safari has been stealing over 1 GB of space for 2 months and not giving it back). It seemed better shortly after everything was backup, but the more I used apps, the more it happens.

I think Apple took Ram management to the reverse extreme. Previously it would dump apps from memory shortly after they were suspended (ironically my Air 2 worked better then). Now it seems to try to hold on to closed apps to the detriment of newly opened ones or running ones.

For example I can get my Air 2 to freeze up for about 30 seconds sometimes by going to the iPad storage screen.

I’ve noticed with 13.3 apps are getting stuck in the background , my phone starts getting warm, i have to close all backgrounded apps.
This never happened in any previous versions of iOS 13

I’m debating on going to customer relations and forcing a buy back for my 11 pro, the email issue is unacceptable for people who rely on push for job related events.

If my iPhone wasn't purchased by my employer I would have returned it by now. The Mail bugs in iOS 13 have made me avoid using my phone for email which is why my employer provided it in the first place. Mail worked fine in iOS 12 and here we are months after initial release and most of the significant bugs are still present. The bugs are so bad all I can do is laugh at this point because it's clear that Apple has no real plans of fixing them.

Anyone still having mail issues with exchange accounts? In particularly with email preview in the lock screen?

Thanks

Mail preview for me hasn't worked at all since the initial iOS 13 release. I upgraded to 13.3 yesterday and it still doesn't work. I don't think Apple cares about fixing Mail at this point. But hey at least we have more emojis...

anyone else having issues with bluetooth and Ford Sync now? before I updated my phone would normally connect and play stuff, now everytime I connect my iPhone Ford Sync just shows "bluetooth media disconnected."

i tried forgetting Sync on my iPhone, resetting Ford Sync, and re-pairing but neither fixed it :(

The performance on my iPad Air 2 is horrible since upgrading to iOS 13.3. It wasn't great under iOS 13.2.3, but wasn't terrible. Now I'm seeing apps take a long time to open and sometime crash when trying to launch them.

For example, tapping a YouTube link had the entire app hang for 10 seconds with the audio playing in the background, but no video playing. GMail now tends to crash on launch when tapping notifications and I have to launch it again. I was hoping this would be temporary, but it's nearly 24 hours later and it's not any better. I tried restarting, but that didn't help.

The Air 2 only has 2 GB of RAM, but I don't think things should be that bad. It seems like iOS 13.3 is using more RAM for stuff.

My iPhone 7 Plus seems to be working fine.

Same here. Its nice of Apple to let us use newest os but its a Slow mess on Air 2

No problem with my '19 Ford Escape. My 11PM and wife's XS Max work fine.

Strange that some people has so many problems with mail and some don’t have any.
I am running my G-Suite account and three Office 365 accounts and it works flawless on my 11 Pro Max with 13.3

Was this a drop while in call or on incoming call?
Just had the incoming happen this morning on XS Max AT&T.
They (2) are in my Recents but no ring nor showing on Lockscreen.
All other calls (8) were normal.

In call. I'll be in the middle of a call then all of the it goes quiet. The call shows its still going but no audio comes through or goes out. After a while the call drops. 3-4 bars of signal.

I have this issue and have since 13.1 or 13.2. Hey Siri works but not speaking through car! If I press button to summon Siri or works as expected. It’s really annoying

I've had this same issue, but it goes back to IOS 12.x.x or maybe before. I've just chalked it up to a carrier issue. Just like having 4 bars of LTE but no data connection. Verizon in my case.

I updated my iPhone 8 Plus to 13.3, now all the apps crash and close when I try to open them. They wont open at all.

Hi,

Updated to 13.3. Found issue with Mail app. When I checked multiple messages then action on them to check all as read, app does not check messages as read and crashes.

Does anyone has this issue too? How to deal with it?

Not sure if there's anyone that has this problem but since 13.2.3 i have an issue that, for example, when i am at home and use wifi and then i leave home, no one can call me, the data is not working i can't send a message via iMessage or SMS to anyone even though it keeps showing that i have 3-4 bars of LTE. I have to turn on and off the airplane mode for it to start working.
The first time i was trying to send messages via iMessage while having 3 bars of LTE and it didn't want to send so i thought that maybe there are problems with the carrier but one day i left home and was suprised that i haven't received a single notification for around 3 hours (i mostly get few calls, mails, messages and instagram notifications) just to see how many notifications i received when connected to wifi. Also, the next day i got a call from few people that they tried to call me.

I updated to 13.3 b3 and now to the final version hoping that it will fix it but no, it's still here and it's not a carrier issue since they already told me that they don't have any issue with cellular, moreover my friends that use 6s and XS and are on the same carrier, don't have any of those problems.

The phone i use is iPhone X with Intel modem but i didn't have any of these issues while using iOS 11 or 12 so they must have done something with 13.2.3 and up.

*the good thing about 13.3 is that it feels smoother than 13.2.3 but the battery life is trash and it's been since 12.4, i miss the battery life i was getting on 12.3

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? Or what to try? (Only effects non-apple third party apps it seems. Apple apps like Safari, camera, etc work fine)

Also noticed battery is being drained at an alarming speed. Just typing this message has dropped 1% of power.
