I feel like my battery life took a hit yesterday. Also, seeing some lags this morning when I try to upload photos via safari. Took like 30 seconds of black screen before it populated with my albums. Also, when I went to messages and clicked new message. Long delay when I typed in a name.
If it only happens the first time you try to do something, I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe that's to do with caches, temporary files, indexing etc. If it happens a second time then you can start blaming the beta :)

I just bought the devl. package and deleted my public beta profile, so how do I get the download off beta 3 ? dl profile and future downloads ?

Go to developer.apple.com and then go to Downloads. That will allow you to install the developer profile. After that, you can download betas OTA or you download the IPSW file from the developer portal.

It’s happened more than once. Which is why I was able to screen record it

New one and concerning .... This has happened 3 times in the two days I know of ...
Pro Max 13.5 PB2
Phone sitting on coffee table / counter / etc.... Not in face range.
Something triggers Siri to launch. No idea what - maybe something from the tv or radio or ...
If I reach out and touch the screen, it opens to the home screen, not the lock screen.

If I trigger Siri from a locked status via "hey Siri", a touch does nothing and a swipe opens to the lockscreen.

Reported via Feedback.
Going to see if I can figure out what is triggering Siri.

I don't see the option under notifications to announce messages with siri in this update/beta. I just noticed because I was wearing my airpods, my phone was locked and I had a new message come over but it just made the normal sound alert and did not announce on my airpods. I went into notifications and the option isn't even listed anymore. Anyone else not seeing it or is it just me? This was working fine when I was using the 13.4.5 beta 2 last week before updating to 13.5 beta 3. Please provide feedback. I use this feature all the time and it sucks to see it missing now.

Ok I just did a reboot on the phone and now it is showing up again. That is weird. Problem solved for now.

Any reports on how the battery life is on this beta?
Same as all others

Anyone else finding screen time data doesn’t sync on all devices? My iPhone shows a lot more than my iPad ever does, even though share across devices has always been enabled.
Never used screen time. Do most people that are not spying on their kids?

I did that ,I downloaded the profile, but I can't find the IPSW files.

There seem to be a few "now where is that?" that reappear after a reboot.

Just had Siri do it again.
She popped and said "Sorry. I can't interpret that."
The only thing on as CSI New York in the other room.

When I touched the screen - Home.
Turning Siri off for now.

Didn’t know where to post this but tvOS is similar to iOS.

I have got an answer from Apple about one feedback that I should run the diagnostics and send it them as an answer. It was possible from my MacBook. It takes a long time until it’s uploaded but the feedback app says that this data isn’t available. Opened a new feedback about the same issue and there is the same message.

I hope Apple got it. Has someone tried something else too?

Uh yeah. Having to jump through that many hoops and then end up with inconsistent results is not my idea of fun. Apple needs to rework the Face ID algorithm to use the top third of the face. I'm sure a trillion dollar company should be able to find a workable and secure enough solution.

I'll bet at one of their virtual meetings, somebody at Apple must have asked "why did we dump Touch ID again?" :)

Why would Apple go from having the best facial security to less secure?

This pandemic has taught us that options are never a bad thing and what is best in one situation is useless in another. The technology now exists to provide both facial and in screen fingerprint authentication.

And before any smart ass says both methods don't work with a mask and gloves, I say: You can't use the phone with gloves on anyway. So don't be a smart ass. :)

You have to admit they are trying.
Wanted the fingerprint back anyway and this looks like a decent reason....

For sure. I'd like to think they were already working on an in display iteration of Touch ID but this time we are in hopefully will cement their decision to include the tech in future products.

Indications are that we will see that or some variant of it in the iPhone 12
