Thank god you‘re using a device meant for development then. I mean, you are? Right? Cause this is the developer beta 1 not meant for use on production / daily driver devices.

Never ever install a beta without a full backup.

On. Most of these are installed by people with daily drivers.

Press the Aa in the URL bar.

Arcade tab has taken spot for updates in App Store. Just click on your profile on top right and you will find updates. Can still pull down to refresh too.

For me, the reminders app asked me if I wanted to upgrade to new reminders and that if i did it would only work with new reminders app on other devices too.

iOS 13’s system dark theme is very conducive to OLED smearing. Just scroll Settings and look at the first rows of each section.

What smearing is he talking about? Someone have an example?
 
Yeah just realized I recently deleted a backup a few days ago because I was clearing temp space to place footage that I was editing on it. This file size says 4.79GB (IPSW) which is smaller than what most users are listing as 6.7GB. The worst part is losing everything only to go back to the old current/OS. So it was all lost for nothing because it won't update. Keeps failing.

Not seeing it, unless I don’t know what I’m looking for. I use Twitter in dark mode all the time and haven’t noticed anything.

Look at the line under the pull to refresh circle. Scroll slowly down until you can see the pull to refresh ui and then do some „shaky“ scrolling up and down. Do you see what happens with the line?

It only happens on OLED phones, and only typically happens when true black background has white (or white-ish) text over top of it. If you scroll up and down fast you will see it smear.

I see this on the reddit website when using dark mode (it uses true black and not some grey/dark grey color) and you can easily see it smearing.

Can someone check if crossfade was added to the Music app? It might be in settings and not directly in the app. thanks
 
Can someone confirm that we still don't have swiping for skipping Music in the Music-app?
 
So... I guess apple doesn't want you to submit screenshots with feedback reports now? :) I've tried to submit 2 so far and each time the feedback app locks up when I try to submit a screenshot.
 
So any external disk is possible to connect? What about file systems, will it support exFAT or only APFS and HFS+? Anyone with the beta that can tell?

Also, can anyone confirm that Lightning-enabled iPads will get this too and not just USB-C-iPads (the third gen)?
 
Installed it on my iPad Pro 12,9-inch 2. Gen and have to say so far it's running much better than expected. Haven't really run into any major issues and all the apps I've tested are working as intended and expected.

Hard to really judge the battery life as I haven't really been using it for a while so I've only picked it up as I wasn't brave enough to install it on our iPad Pro 12,9-inch 3. Gen or my iPhone Xs Max without experience with the release first.

Getting tempted to install it on my iPhone Xs Max, how is the experience with the battery life?
 
Selecting “up next” in music replaces the album art now, even if you shrink the now playing screen and reopen it again. It only goes away once you turn it off.

Dunno if that makes sense. I’d upload a video, but... Safari crashes every time you try lol.
 
Anyone with iOS 13 and iPhone 8? I would love to install it on mine, but usually I install beta 3, but I really want to try iOS 13.
