It's crazy that they advertise that the 2018 iPad Pro Models as a "laptop replacement" per apple, yet here are people (me) who got rid of their mac for the iPad Pro and now no OTA profiles for developers for iOS 13  would be nice for that OTA because my apple watch is on watchOS 6 via OTA Profile.... while my iPhone is running 12.4, which doesn't work with iOS 12.4

it would be nice if you could download IPSW on the iPad Pro and update my iPhone that way

yeah im thinking i may go that route but its a pain in the a** that they classify something as a replacement but you cant download software to update your apple products when you pay $99 a year for it

My guess is that by eliminating the hardware that supports 3D Touch, Apple will save $$$ on the bill of materials for each device, hopefully allowing them to lower the prices somewhat. I also suspect that regular users of 3D Touch number less than 50% of active users, making this low hanging fruit for cost (and space) savings -- except for those (including me) that use this a lot. Still, if it contributes to taking $100 (maybe optimistic?) off the price of the phone, I'll settle for a less robust functionality here.
If you really think they'd pass that $1.27 savings on to us, you're delusional.

Battery life seems pretty good so far for a first beta. Last time I was at 100% was about 15 hours ago and I REALLY stressed the **** out of my xs. I‘m at 18% left now.

Yes very stupid. Iv emailed and asked for a refund let’s see what they say.

are you this miserable and sassy in real life? gosh be kind, just because you're anonymous and on a keyboard doesn't mean you have to be a terrible human being.

Miserable, no. Sassy, YES! :)

Not terrible at all. Downloads are under ACCOUNT. I just assume people would explore, try, search before asking.

Xs Max here, as by now on my usage I can tell that:
- Notifications are sort of broken in some cases, specially in WhatsApp (only displays name and not message, sometimes you get two, one with name and one the old way) and some notifications like with the screen recording one, if it is only that, it would not go away if you delete it.
- Share to a Twitter app is sometimes broken, the share sheet appears and the disappears (from photos app).
- writing this message, the cursor gets misalign with the text box, so it gets situated over post reply.
- The phone is fast and Face ID is fast too.
- Music sometimes don’t stop playing if you are hearing thru lightning.
- if you 3D Touch, it will be super slow to show the pop up on app actions, but long press is faster (dead or misbehaving 3D Touch).
- Aligning apps on the home screen it’s chaotic sometimes, because you move it to one corner and it ends one row up and a lot of apps moving everywhere and returning to the place they should be.
- Swipe is cool.
- WhatsApp sometimes don’t display new messages on conversation, it puts a blank space, if you leave and go back it shows the new messages.
- Share sheet to WhatsApp, when you select a contact, the next button is over layer over the contacts.
- You can't unmute Instagram stories with the volume rockers, you have to toggle the physical mute switch to unmute.
- You can view and synchronize an iOS 13 iPhone in iTunes 12.9.2.5 (not the newest) in an not up to date MacOS Mojave (14.14.3)
- Mail app still gives you the unread mail notification when you just have slide to mark as read mails, and when you do it again, it really do mark as unread, so you have to do that 3 times (since old versions).

You shouldn’t have to press space bar at all when swiping. When you lift your finger/thumb, it knows you’re starting a new word and adds the space.
Well, in my phone it doesn't do that, I have tried a lot of times, and it doesn't add the space. that's why I put it there.
