Great! I also thought I saw the iOS 12 type options in a screenshot when someone tried setting wallpaper via the Photos app instead of Settings.Parallax is enabled by default

Regarding "Find My", I used to be able to sign in to my kids accounts in Find My iPhone to see where their device is, but I don't see that capability now. Do they have to share their location now that Find My Friends is combined with Find My iPhone?

Battery life seems pretty good so far for a first beta. Last time I was at 100% was about 15 hours ago and I REALLY stressed the **** out of my xs. I‘m at 18% left now.
Definitely not new. It’s available in iOS 12.
Settings -> Safari -> Downloads. Saves to a downloads folder in iCloud Drive by default but you're free to put it locally or another storage provider. I can save directly to my NAS at home from anywhere!
I have T-Mobile eSim and Xfinity Mobile (Verizon) physical. Yours is an interesting combination... Are you back and forth across the pond often!?
I left feedback for CarPlay requesting the option to choose Weather as a widget instead of Calendar. Although I use Calendar all the time, I don't really need it on my CarPlay screen. Weather would be awesome. Fingers crossed!
Quoting myself since this is getting a little buried. make my additions easier to see.
So update: Mail app is pretty bad off.
For those curious about battery life.. its actually pretty good for me. my phone is at 88% (11:30am) and I pulled it off the charger around 5:30am.. my work email syncs all day. Along with other random apps, texts, ect. Pretty standard working persons use.
- Notification badges will come back randomly and id have like 165 as my count.. yet nowhere would I actually have 165 emails. Only way to clear was to remove the whole account.
- When deleting an email, it does not mark is as read – so if you have outlook open on your computer it would show it as deleted, but unread.
- I swapped over to Outlook as my fallback.. So far its holding up fine. Notifications work and everything syncs.
Just checked using my wife’s iPhone on iOS 12, and it’s definitely not the same.
Here’s a gif of what I see in iOS 13. https://ephmedia.giphy.com/4d39268b-bedb-44b9-994b-cc32e0c571af.gif
My battery life has been superb so far. I’m not a huge power user but I started my day around 6AM and still have 84% left here at 5PM on my XS Max.Day 2:
Almost the same! Its 16 hours ago until I was at 100%, I‘m down to 14% now.
I will look forward to day 3 but my Xs seems to get 18-19 hours of usage with this first beta.
For day 3 I will setup a pure black wallpaper, lets see how much I can stretch my battery
The 1st time it came up with a dialogue box asking “do you want to download “xyz.xyz”, I thought: “well there’s an interesting new desktop feature”; then it disappeared & I thought I had encountered a bug, so I started the d/l again. Lol, only then did I notice the new “downloads” icon on the address bar (that I obviously instantly recognized from desktop Safari!!. It had the same pause/restart, cancel, & clear features from desktop Safari .
I’m a huge fan. Lines = Blurred.
Mine has been doing that for years... unsure of release. 7 maybe?

The new timer shows you what time the timer will complete. Super super useful. Now if only we could set multiple timers...

it didn´t solve itPlease let us know, about to do the same.
works very well. It will detect the first words of the language you use everytimeHas anyone tried dictation in multiple languages? That was on the screen with all of the new iOS 13 features and I’m wondering how well it works.
Mine seems to be working fine. Did you restart the phone?
