Which browser is the most stable under beta 2? Safari was working fine but after I cleared the data, it behaves unusually.

I have seen mention of plenty of other issues in the Mail App within this thread but, having conducted a search, I couldn’t see this one.

Since I upgraded to iOS 13 PB1, body text for almost all emails I am receiving is extremely small.

I guess this might be something to do with HTML-based emails as when I send a plain text email to myself as a test everything is fine.

Are others experiencing this issue please, or is there a way for me to resolve it?

PS - Dynamic text is doing nothing to change the body text of the email as I have already tried that.

Yes.
And I have added a warning at the first wiki post.
Damn, it is so sad that after 12 years there are still a lot of users not understanding Apple’s one way trip policy.

On that note, I wonder what would happen if you've upgraded reminders, then use .ipsws to revert all your devices back to 12.x/Mojave?

And no, I'm not going to try, either.
[doublepost=1561464924][/doublepost]I'm concerned. I haven't gotten an iOS popup asking about giving Facebook bluetooth access.

Hi!

I've tried to set up a shortcut using the "Get Podcasts from library" + the "Chosse from list action" action, which should prompt me a list of my podcast. However, it does not return anything. Am I missing something? Is it working for you on this beta? Thanks in advance.

This is working for me. Here is my set up, which sounds like it mirrors yours.

I’m adding this: I hate when people simply say “it’s working on mine” in response to a question like yours, as it seemingly implies that the question asker is doing something in error. This sort of thing happens a lot in these betas. The system may not be reading your podcast library correctly or any number of other issues. Best thing to do is try it a few times (checking to make sure you’ve granted any requested permissions, etc...) and if it continues not to work, report it using the feedback app.

It does in effect mirror my set up. Good to know that it is working in beta 2. The strange thing is that it does not work neither on my iphone or Ipad...
I will continue investigating. Thanks!

I added to my my original response some thoughts on what to do next.

I've already though about the permissions, and checked settings - siri & search - Podcats already. I've also uninstalled both shortcuts and Podcasts apps. It does seem to read my libray when I use the "play podcast" action, though.

I just run out of actions and wanted to know if it was running for others. I will report as soon as I get home.

Any idea if shared Reminder lists will work if I upgrade my reminders and those I am sharing with are still on iOS 12, etc? Also, will dictating Reminders to HomePod still work (though that has been wonky since running the iOS betas). Thanks!

There seems to be a general issue with dictation, at least on my device, with iOS 13 PB1.

I’ve now had crashes on the Messages app whilst dictating, then ironically whilst dictating the report on this crash via the Feedback Assistant and now whilst dictating this post in Safari.

Three crashes on three different applications with the only commonality being dictation.

I am now resorting to dictating within the Notes app and then copying into others as this seems the only stable way for me to achieve this at the moment.
I haven’t had crashes but when dictating messages the dictation craps out after 5 to 10 words or so.

Honestly I have no idea of both scenarios, but I suspect syncing or dictation will not work on that device with upgraded reminder. Given this is a one-way trip, I suggest you hold off as you still can enjoy an updated reminder app.

I didn’t noticed this mentioned on here before...some of the app icons in this particular folder are “faded” while others are at normal brightness. And there is no reason why I could see they would be that way.

Edit: here’s a video of it happening.

The same. To fix it, hold down an icon until it jiggles - as if you're going to delete it, then click outside of the folder. This should correct it. Obviously, its a bug, though.

Can ios13 iCloud backup restore on ios12?

Nope, make a backup with iTunes and archive it before you commit to ios 13. Once iCloud backup has been done with iOS 13 there's no going back to 12 short of a restore as new.

Did anybody know, that you can pay with Apple Pay without FaceID and password with iOS 13. Thank you Apple
Update: it’s only for journeys

You cannot even have Apple Pay card without passcode. So I am not sure what you are doing here

I'm sure people are getting tired of these questions... First time beta user here.

What happens, or what do we do when the official iOS 13 rolls out in Sept.? Do the beta updates stop and we get the official?

Hello, just installed iOS 13 PB1 last night - so far so good. Some App crashes here and there but that is expected.

Noticed while driving (NOT Carplay) that when I disconnect the vehicle Bluetooth, the phone turns off Do not Disturb Mode while Driving but my Apple watch still continues to be in Do Not Disturb Mode. In iOS 12 my way would Automatically turn off DND after vehicle Bluetooth has been disconnected.

Checked my settings to ensure Apple Watch is set to Mirror iPhone.

Anyone else notice this?

Shared reminders will not work unless both people are running iOS 13.

It says right in the Reminders app on first run that if you upgrade those not on 13 will have issues (I don't remember the exact wording).
