Mine just sits and spins even on the American one. Additionally, if I ask Siri to send a text for me she reverts back to her original Siri voice from years ago.
i have zero bug on my main xs max and all my apps works like banking apps bofa and wellsafargo
I am experiencing issue on iPad Air 2019 and iPhone XS Max with beta 2. I can’t delete my email from the trash. Also my iCloud mail box claims there is 1 unread message when in fact there is no unread mail. I believe this bug was already noted as home screen mail icon not updating.

Different people are having different experiences. The majority of folks in this thread are having a smooth experience with this beta with just a few minor bugs or hiccups. I wouldn't tell people not to install because its not working out for you..... There are 40 pages in this thread most of people with positive experiences so far..... Try rebooting your phone as that usually fixes a lot of bugs and glitches.
There are definitely some bugs here and there but so far I'm enjoying it.
iOS 13 tidbit for UK:
Just installed iOS 13 public beta and noticed that within maps the public transport directions now shows if trains and buses are on time or how delayed they are. For the trains I noticed it also shows roughly where the train currently is, similar to the various train operator apps. Nice to have this all built in. Only thing missing that would be nice is platform info.

This is a known issue. I've installed Spark mail for the time being but it is a bit fluky with the iOS 13 betas as well. I really like it, though, and will probably continue to use it.
I get it also. I manually backup and go into health, then the backup message doesn’t show for awhile.
Report it to Apple and they may fix it in the next beta.
Same here. Tried the solution above and all apps waiting for update just rolls that circle never updating. And as I write this the phone gets more warm, supposedly App Store tries to update but can’t..
Filters emails by unread and it will show up. I had the same issue on my iPad Air 2 and i was able to clear it now this way. I have the same issue that I can’t empty then trash folder even after deleting the emails

from bed time screen (clock app) I found out a switch for choose "do not disturb during sleep time" and I do not know what happen that I never found later in any screen I still searching for that but I can't find again
from do not disturb screen it isn't a switch to choose "bed time". I search in google and found that ios 12 has this option in setup but I don't remember if iphone SE has or not

Running on my Xs which is my daily driver and not noticing it being "messy and full of bugs"
I certainly notice A LOT of bugs in ipadOS. Mostly not breaking stuff but lots of annoying little things. Like how touching a link in Safari might not make the browser proceed but instead I have to long press and open in a new window/tab. Or how a siri command on turning on an alarm won’t have her actually show the time she set the alarm for.

I wouldn't say its full of bugs. In fact, it's a lot cleaner than iOS 10 and 11 were at this same stage in their development.
But there are definitely bugs. No one should be using it unless they're aware of that and are possibly looking to help clean things up before release.
I agree. Using it on my 8plus. Works fine. Sure there are bugs but nothing major that makes me want to throw my phone across the room lol
Anyone else having trouble while their phone is on 4G/LTE regarding receiving calls? I had to put my iPhone XS Max to 3G to ensure my phone calls work.
My theory is that my carrier is an unsupported one for 4G/LTE and therefore it doesn't work

There is a new build of Google Play Music being pushed out with a playback fix for iOS 13.
Turn Wi-Fi calling off and you should be able to make / receive VOLTE calls. I have no issues with T-Mobile / Verizon on my XS Max with VOLTE calls

Thanks for the tip!!! Trying to filter by unread and nothing showed up. The “1” unread email seems to clear itself then comes back. I just use my other iPhone X / iPad on iOS 12 to delete the messages.
