Having a lot of issues with previously working Shortcuts crashing immediately. Tried a reboot, but still happening.

Guessing it’s some sort of memory allocation issue. One of my Shortcuts is 17 actions long and stores up to 30 images before creating a GIF out of them.

Of course, not that I didn't know that. Some of our company Apps are now also having massive bugs that didn't appeared before. But there where no significant changes to Frameworks and APIs in this update (some APIs now finally deprecated), so runtime problems with 3rd Apps are now mainly caused to some bugs within the internal frameworks. (Within UI frameworks no changes in this build would explain Instagram going crazy on this Beta)

Makes hope for a quick 4th Beta.

Hm. This beta fixed Instagram for me. Works perfectly now.

Apps opened in CarPlay still aren’t showing in the phone app switcher and can’t be killed without opening the app on the phone where it will then show up in the app switcher.
Some nav apps stay running gps in the background unknown to the user and drain the battery.
Was hoping they would fix this on beta 3

So when an iPad goes from 100% battery after install to 18% while charging and not in use, that’s normal behavior? Give me a break—I’ve never had that experience with a beta. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Pretty much every beta , on Mac OS, and IOS have issues like that. You can not expect a beta to be free from issues, that is the purpose of a beta, to find and resolve the issues.

Is the alarm icon image new?

Agree totally. That doesn’t mean i can’t point out an anomaly on this particular beta.

Yeah this is weird. Why I don’t understand??

It’s odd that the A9 devices get this but these ones don’t?
I heard it was a bug within the actual software and that's why they didn't release it do those devices. They might re-release it soon with a fix for the issue. We can always hope for that.

Same on XS
[doublepost=1562118253][/doublepost]Beta updates for the watch always suck. It took me two weeks to install the prior beta of wOS6, trying every morning and night.

Doesn't look like that on my XS. Same red as always.

I wonder why the hell mine is like this then? I’ve restarted my XS numerous times already.

I can’t be the only one seeing this??

Beta 3 is terrible. My FaceID is practically broken. Can't turn off the phone using side button, have to use the restart method. Very sluggish speed.

3D Touch isn’t working for me on iPhone 6s, any differently than it supposedly worked on beta 2

App switcher is the only thing that seems to work normally. Home screen doesn’t feel right.

Peek and Pop doesn’t work in messages and mail or safari.

It was working for others? I tried to toggle off, restart etc. No avail unfortunately.

So far Beta 3 is pretty good for me. Only had one not registered swipe on the home screen, but that was in the first 10 minutes of updating, so might have been due to clean up processes/re-indexing etc. FaceID working fine. Mail is still meh, but neither better nor worse than b2. 3D touch vs haptic touch is unchanged from b2, with peek and pop working as expected in messages. The red notification bubbles are the same red etc. etc.

Did you try changing the wallpaper as I suggested earlier?

Yup it didn’t do anything. Changed the wallpaper, changed increased contrast on and off, tried light mode and back to dark - nothing works.

Weird. Has to be something, somewhere, but I'm at a loss.

Is there a way to downgrade back to beta 2
without losing data? This beta is starting to become more sluggish. It started for me sluggish but then got better. But now it’s becoming sluggish again.

Ah. This is disappointing. Haptic touch is fine if you're not used to 3D touch but I strongly, strongly prefer 3D touch.

Hope they bring or at least give us the option to restore that functionality.

Agree completely. It's slower and a step back. Plus it doesn't "feel" right.

Be sure you report even minor nuances like these in the feedback app everyone.
