I have an interesting thing ... looks like it's a Tapapalk issue. At times — only on certain threads — the text gets overlaid (see image 1 below). If I scroll down past the affected message, it corrects itself when I scroll up down (image 2). But if I scroll up past the affected message and then scroll back down slowly, like I'm reading the thread, it's overlaid again.

I second that!

It’s been great on my iPhone X. Only issue is not being able to open new tabs in safari when clicking on a link. Other than that, no issues at all

I agree .. Its rock solid on my Xs Max

Good stuff. I put the initial public beta on a spare phone and it was less than stellar. Had some issues receiving texts; some came as SMS from other iPhones, some went to other iPhones as SMS and some mail sync problems. Granted, it's only been a few hours but thanks to the family ******* texting seems to be fine with PubBetaV3. Luckily work hasn't emailed me yet to test that one out.

This public beta is super fast plus games dont lag on my air 3
Files sharing apps like share it and xender still dont work (and wont as these are all betas)
On strange issue is that app store closes completely as soon as i open it on its own
Wifi is very stable though

IOS 13 Beta is one of the few betas I've rolled back to a previous version. So should I reinstall it?

When all you do is unlock your phone, look at the home screen, reply to a message, and thats it...yeah your impression of the beta might be a bit skewed.

Was just updating to the newest PB today, and while my phone was on the Apple logo, I look down and see my Apple Watch showing me 'Apple Watch Basics' and apparently updating.

Just waiting for it to very slowly, idek, update? Anyone else experience this?

Hoping everything is fine when it comes back on.

Before I reverted back to iOS 12, on ios13 I remember enabling type to Siri disabled hey Siri.

Can anyone confirm this bug has been fixed?

Not to start any arguments just a conversation, I would be curious on what issues you are having that makes this beta version unusable? and just fyi I use my phone for business and personal use.. I would agree with you on beta 1-3 I couldnt use it as my daily driver but I don't see that with Beta 4..

Anyone with issues and Siri shortcuts on the HomePod.

hive uk have just updated their app to support shortcuts. When saying the phrase, HomePod is telling me either there’s no HomeKit accessories or something’s gone wrong there try again.

hive uk don’t support HomeKit at the moment.

I have done all usual reset phone reset HomePod all that malarkey.
Anyone

Same here. Started with this beta. Might explain the odd settings display issue too.

I wish they could remove haptic touch on 3D touch capable devices

I could see a scenario with them doing that in the future, say iOS 14, after the hoopla surrounding iOS 13 at launch and new iPhones without 3D Touch has subsided

Peek and pop was a highly touted feature by Craig so you never know he may give it back to us in the future akin to how the 3D Touch app switcher returned

I don’t expect it to return though. For the devices where that’s important to me, I’ll stick to iOS 12. Maybe the jailbreak community will come up with a tweak or something to restore that functionality
