heck now long press a web link and I dont get anything, before this I at least had some things just not open in new TAB now all of it is gone. well I should say sometimes its there but most of the time nothing is there. reporting it back to apple. I have no intention of blowing away my settings to see if it helps (as someone here said it just came back so not worth it to try)

Two things I’m noticing on a XS Max

screen brightness is jumpy... like the sensor has a buggy driver...

And keeps getting warm... randomly...

we will see if both settle down. I upgraded from 12.4 rather than fresh install...

So maybe it's not me?
Infrequently when I touch the screen in an app, the screen will jump.
Is this what you are seeing?

I don't think that is what he is referring to.

Unfortunately, the only way I've seen so far to get the full long-press/3D Touch menu back when clicking on a link in Safari is to reset settings. Hopefully another solution is discovered soon or it's wait until next beta.

„Ein“ is „On“ when your system language is english, not Yes/Ja.
When you turn off this option it says „Aus“ on an english system „off“.

Australia has never had Apple Pay in Messages. It’s still not available, but is now showing. Bug or sign of things to come?

Hope it is something new to come but it is more like a bug.
One interesting part is after erasing all device settings and data and completing initial setup process, Apple Pay Cash pops up again. iOS 12.3.1.

my only personal remaining issue is album art not matching up with the Playlist names. But, duh, just realized this is probably due to using iOS 13, but my desktop still being on Mojave. At least I hope that’s the reason. Minor problem in the big scheme. Have same issue on iPad Pro.
Have reported previously so don’t see need to send to Apple yet again.

No. Just quit safari and restart. Reset all settings is the last resort.

On the flip side, without those posts, people would not be able to expect when the update is CDN-ed to their region and how fast the downloading is. And the fact that mod team does nothing to those posts in iOS 9 beta iOS 10 beta iOS 11 beta says something. We need to download it before anything else can happen right?

Lol I reported this and the Feedback app says "Similar Reports: None." I think that's inaccurate – glad to see it back!

Maybe just because feedback app does not pick enough similar keywords on your report.

The warm-ness seems to have been around all beta 13 for me too on the XS Max

Pressing volume up after the volume is all the way up has a new vibration feedback to let you know is at max.

Particularly useful when volume limit is on.

This seems to be one of the most buggy beta cycles. Many things still broken and taken away up until this point.

What are your issues then?

Still no „delete“ button to get rid of iMessage attachments. Not only did they never ever add a freaking „delete ALL“ button, now they got rid of the delete button all together.
Everyone spam them with a bug report to bring it back!

Geez. Being a company that shows no respect to history, they now make deleting attachments in messages app harder?

Has the markup UI always included a selection tool and ruler? That seems new.

Selection tool is there since iOS 12 at least. Ruler is new to iOS 13.

Is Beta 5 stable enough for main, everyday iPhone XS Max?

Do a backup, install on your own daily driver. Then answer this question yourself.

Volume buttons (for the ringer volume) no longer work when the phone is locked. This is a good thing I guess, in case the buttons get pressed while the phone is in one's pocket or wherever.

Ugh. It will make adjusting music playback volume a bit harder when I do workout with iPhone.

New notification sound when receiving a text and SIRI reads it to you. Dislike they removed the lyrics always on feature in music. I was using that to have the app itself change colors to match the album art.

You mean the iOS 9 one? I miss that too.
But lyrics can be set to always on in iOS 13.

Running very, very well on my iPad Pro 10.5 and iPhone X. I just wish 3D Touch stayed untouched from iOS 12. But as long as they at least keep it similar, we’ll all (those who use it) adjust one way or another.
