Welcome to iOS 13. Bug has existed since day one of the betas. Mail app has been a mess. I stopped using it and went to Spark. Haven’t looked back since.
I don't have this specific issue, but I'm noticing some bugs with pasting things in the right place, using the traditional paste method. Hard to describe, just...not pasting quite as desired, sometimes adding an extra line space or something.
Anyone have issues with AirPods randomly disconnecting on iOS 13/iPhone 11? Didn’t have this on iOS 12.4.1/iPhone XS.
On 6s plus the home screen is stuttering when you flick from one page to another, especially when there are more icons/folders. Anybody with a 6s plus without this issue?
Hi, when on 13 (iPhone XS), the Outlook app (v 4.3.1) does not download e-mails in the background (two Exchange accounts), receive notifications, but have to open the app for the mails to come in. Download in the background worked just fine in 12.4.1. Anyone else got this issue with 13 and Outlook?
I’ve experienced this on my iPhone XS Max with 12.1.4 as well. Proper annoying, especially at the gym. I tried out on iOS 13 with my new 11 Pro and it seemed to hold the connection fine.
My pet peeve is with the shortcuts widget not showing all of the ones I want to keep available all the time.
Also the screen seems to constantly dim and brighten up under the same lighting conditions.
Highlighting the name of a town or place and using Look Up used to show the distance from your location automagically in the Maps section of the Look Up overlay and now it doesn't.
Bring back the magnifying glass when pressing the screen to move the cursor

Anybody else keep getting prompted to create a Memoji in Messages on iOS 13? It's like... I don't want to create one. Don't remind me later. Annoying as hell.
Anyone having issues with certain apps not holding your location services setting preference?
For me, if I go to the app settings for both Gmail and Capital One, under Location I can select any option - Never, Ask Next Time, or While Using the App, and the check mark will appear next to whichever option I pick, but the setting won't hold - as soon as you back out, it reverts to the ask setting.
Figured before I uninstall either app and have to set them up again I'd at least wait til both apps go through one developer update and/or iOS 13.1 is released in a couple days. All other apps hold my settings.
Anyone else seeing this with any apps?

Every time I try to email a video from the camera or photos app, the email app crashes and never sends the email. However, if I open the email app, create an email and attach a video, the email app never crashes. Happens on my X and 11 Pro, both on 13.0.
Apple Music pretty much killed my mobile data for the month... Seems like downloading is utterly bugged on iOS 13. Moved from iPhone Xs Max to iPhone 11 Pro Max and I have mobile data enabled for downloads as I have 20 GB per month so having a burst of downloads aren't that huge of a issue.
But I can't download anything on the iPhone 11 Pro. It queues my 1200 songs, it all downloads only to have zero of them available and it just keeps starting over and over again. So it wasted 20 GB in no time, even though the size of all the songs are only 5-6 GB....
Trying to get them all downloaded on WiFi now, it's impossible. Even when setting Apple Music to not using sync og anything it won't clear my Apple Music data. Then entire thing is utterly borked... Using it for streaming works as intended, but it's not possible to clear it's data or get anything downloaded for offline usage.

You can deep press on the keyboard until the keys blank out and then slide your finger to the desired insertion point.
To elaborate on this, using the spacebar provides the best reliability in that regard.
Is it just me or does iOS 13 wash out the default wallpapers whenever you set any of them? On the preview screen They look as expected, but once you set them, the colors are noticeably washed out.

Yeah, you don't want to learn that behaviour like we all did and then have to unlearn it all over when moving to haptic touch only.
someone mentioned if you change your wallpaper this happens, i mentioned it earlier.
Try setting your wallpaper and then restarting your phone. mine does seem to cycle through vibrant and then washed out, but now it seems to stick with vibrant more.
