Try setting your wallpaper and then restarting your phone. mine does seem to cycle through vibrant and then washed out, but now it seems to stick with vibrant more.

Yes, powering off and on restores vibrant colors. And it sticks until next change of the wallpaper.

I updated to 13.1 and I'm still facing two issues, is anyone else also seeing this:

1. safari tabs that are open on my mac and ipad don't show up on my phone
2. iCloud keychain passwords are not showing as an option when visiting saved websites

Only two really annoying ones on 13. Mail icon doesn't show correct number of emails. It has many and shows none or has none and still shows some. Closing and reopening mails usually corrects it but only temporarily.

Also, when I leave wifi it doesn't consistently connect to anything until I restart it. (mail, weather apps, sports apps) That's not a consistent bug but happens more than it doesn't.

Anyone have issues with AirPods randomly disconnecting on iOS 13/iPhone 11? Didn’t have this on iOS 12.4.1/iPhone XS.

Absolutely. And its worst when you have an Apple watch..... I constantly have to forget and then re-pair.
