Doesn't what's mentioned in item 2 already work that way?
I would like this as well but not gonna bet the farm on it happening that's for sure. Along with it tho would be nice to be able to edit the text under the icon or delete it completely. I don't need safari under the safari icon, I know it's safari, duh! Would be a much cleaner home screen.Really hoping they finally let us place home screen icons wherever we want...
No one except Apple knows which devices will be supported until WWDC in June. However, I am guessing that devices running the A8 and newer will get it. A7 is a bit more uncertain.
Your devices run:
iPad Mini 4: A8
iPod Touch 6th gen: A8
iPad 6th gen: A10
iPhone 8: A11
iPhone X: A11
So short answer: yes, they will probably all run iOS 13.
I want
-dark mode in all Apple apps
-swipe gesture keyboard done right
And that’s literally it. If we get those two things in iOS 13 I’ll be ecstatic, and rumors are saying it will.

I’m pretty sure about the below:
No 1GB RAM device except HomePods will get it.
All A9 and above will get it.
A7 won’t get it.
A8 + 2GB is borderline. As is A8X.
No. Not for iPhone tbh. Only iPadDoes anyone think we will get a redesign in terms like what we got with iOS 7 because everything has been the same since 2013. Please write back. I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Good amount of info for those like me who have never jailbroken their phone. Looks like you get android like customization with this and I want to try it now.I am currently enjoying the following features via Jailbreak on my XS Max which I would like to see come to iOS 13 (although most probably won't)
-System-wide dark mode (this one seems to be all but guaranteed)
-Instagram style volume HUD (might not be as cool as the instagram one but it seems a re-design is coming)
-Split screen and PIP on the iPhone (this is awesome and so useful on the XS Max screeen but I think Apple will keep it iPad exclusive)
-Ability to customize home screen and add widgets anywhere you want (hopeful for this one but doubt it)
-Ability to go straight to the home screen with face ID when no notifications are present (Love this! its going to be hard to go back to swiping up )
-Customized messages app with custom bubble colors and message list colors (This is nice to have but not really necessary, Don't see apple doing it)
-Floating dock ipad Style (again nice to have but not really necessary and I don't see Apple porting that over)
-Remove that home bar at the bottom of the screen (its possible Apple will get rid of this now that enough people are used to swipe gestures already)
-Enhanced carplay there is a jailbreak app (carbridge) that allows me to use full blown apps on the carplay screen so I can stream netflix movies, watch youtube videos, full map, full waze, etc.... (Apple would never allow this for obvious reasons, but it is totally awesome when used respsonsibly)
-notification style alerts for phone calls and for invoking siri so they don't take up your whole screen (I can see Apple doing this one)
-Seperate volume control for media, ringer, alarms, etc... This annoys me to no end that I have to remember to lower my ringer volume in order to control my alarm volume (Apple should do this but its one of those annoying little things that they ignore)
Anyway I am happy with those tweaks and my phone is working wonderfully with a stable jailbreak, so this will probably be the first time in a long time that I don't jump on the new iOS beta from day 1, unless they implement most of those which I highly doubt.

I heard they maybe increasing the animation speeds of iOS, does this rumour hold some weight?
