What I would like, and I believe many would, is an acknowledgement from Apple of just how bad iOS 13 is for many people. I doubt we’ll get it, but we can but hope.

they have resolved that in house already and several tests of a 13.2.1 it is more stable although not 100%
I agree. And I really hope they don’t rush it. Can you imagine the quite justified uproar if they rush out an update and it exacerbates any of the pre-existing issues? Jeebus that would be bad!
I hope they fix the reloading issue with 13.2.1 without new bugs and make a bigger bugfix release with 13.3
Or an update to fix JUST that issue, as that seems to be the biggest complaint with iOS 13.2 right now.
Funny how everyone experience way different issues.
The syncing issues with Notes are pretty widespread too if you have multiple devices, but I guess RAM management will be much more noticeable by more people.
I have avoided the beta versions on my iPhone 11 ProMax but I’m so ready for 13.3 beta or just a 13.2.1 bug fix release.
Hmm something is happening on the dev site. All the GM's for Mac, iPhone, iPad, etc. have disappeared, and there's just Xcode beta 2 on the beta page.

All the GM’s are still there. The only thing removed were the beta’s.
