I hope for an update today. iOS 13.1.3 is working better but still has the old bugs from iOS 12. I’ve got a call yesterday but couldn’t swipe to accept the call. And apps are still freezing. :/

Not so sure about that - 11 at best was a pig. 12 cleaned up a multitude of sins there.

11 was awful and I thought it couldn’t get worse than that until 13 came along.

It's not. The US had a DST time change yesterday, so it is only 9:37 AM Pacific time as of writing this.
