With the Beta 13.3.1 thread and all the folks rolling back to 13.3 a Beta 2 seems more likely.
Yup, even the app developers are on vacation mode. I haven't seen any updates pushed through app store since last week.
I've submitted several updates to apps I've made, all went out yesterday. And several other apps on my devices that I didn't make had release updates yesterday too. All non-critical releases.

That’s not what it says. It says none would be accepted. Scheduled releases were encouraged. But non-customer facing Apple employees were all off.

I wasn't too big of a fan of the way Dan expressed himself on the forums, but that's just my opinion and I'd be up for giving him another chance. But lets not get off topic

I have the same question... Anyway as it's Apples first day back (I think), I'll assume a beta either tomorrow or Wednesday (gives them an extra day to finalise anything) depending on where they were before Christmas. Gladly be wrong and it's today though 😁
I hope this years updates will be useful and better than in 2019. There is so much to do on all platforms, especially in iOS.

13.3.1 drops today and 13.4 beta starts this week....so say my tea leaves.

I don't know why an x.x.1 update got a beta in the first place. Maybe just to release something new before a break for the holidays?
Totally agree. They should focus on 13.4 instead.
Internally, it must be way more than a x.x.1-update. It’s build 17Dxx instead of 17Cxx. Every time the letter changes, there are (a couple of) betas. It happened with iOS 12, too, like 12.1.1 (three betas) and 12.1.3 (for betas).
