I suspect we may not see updates this week. There's probably a lot of devs returning from vacation this week and they're going to be having meetings and discussions to get everyone on the same page again before they do any more releases.

If they will do that we should ask them what they have done the last weeks. iOS 13.3.1 Beta 1 is still crap and Apple is lazy.

I get holidays etc., but why even release a beta 1 and then wait 3 weeks (its 3 weeks 1 day today, was released Tuesday 12/17); why not just wait until 2020 for beta 1 on a normal cycle?

It's a bit of a baffling strategy/decision to make.
