I’ve just checked it. iPhone 3G is running with iOS 4 and iPhone 3GS with iOS 6. So for who is this update?
Yeah I don't even know what this is, I just copied it from Twitter. Maybe they meant Watch OS 5 for older watches?
iOS 13.4 beta 2 should be out today it’s probably they are interested in releasing the new iPhone and no one would want it with big Top and bottom edges like another iPhone 8.

Betas usually don't come out on Mondays. Usually on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, right?
I'm guessing that's because the team working on the betas gets weekends off, so they have a full day (Monday) plus Tuesday morning to finish putting it together in order to push it out to developers on Tuesday.
If Monday is a holiday, then they need Tuesday to do whatever work they would have done on Monday, so the release (if it would have been on Tuesday) gets pushed back to Wednesday.

You do realize that they don‘t finish betas and push them out right away? By the time you get a new build, it‘s already outdated internally again. They usually finalize builds days if not weeks in advance and jump on the next one. Chances are beta 2 was done a week or two ago but has yet to go live for us.
