Problem is, if you release something that's not ready it might have serious bugs. Like iOS 13.0. Better they release it when it's ready, I don't want to be Apple's guinea pig.

Sad though that iOS 13.4.2 wasn't released today.

Maybe a beta today - I am thinking next week or week after for public release of 13.5
 
I say because they have to release exposure notification framework by mid May, they will concentrate on betas now.
 
I got to imagine 13.4.2 or 13.4.5 coming soon. Otherwise it doesn’t make sense why they renamed 13.4.5 to 13.5.
