I thought so too. I wonder if 13.5 Beta is what they were talking about but ended up releasing it early.

because of covid everything has been all over the place, i would think they need 13.5 released to the public quickly so next week public but its an H build so not sure

Yes but it was stated that more information regarding the new API is what was coming today (May 1st). And only for particular developers if I recall.

I think 13.5 still has a bit of a way to go yet. Sounds like it’s still got a few bugs, it’s an ‘h’ build and I’m sure Apple and Google will want to do a bit more testing of the system before it’s released to the public. I still think we will see a 13.4.2 before we see 13.5.

It’s supposed to be through an authorized app...and apparently, none have been released yet.

The access is built in now...but this is why a google and Apple are working together in the app. Consistent data from a singular app that is accessible by a HUGE majority of smart phone users out there.

I suspect, like most updates, the patch will be available for the device in question. Since no one here (AFAIK) has a new 13” MBP, no one would be able to download and install.

I’m kind of hoping more for a stable release like 13.4.2 to patch the security holes. Betas are fun, but for those not on the beta train we would like to get patched.

Actually China's Health Code System worked better than what Apple's about to bring out! Anyway, I hope Apple and Google release this tracking service earlier to help people fight the epidemic.
