The no PIP on the iPhone is a big miss. If I’m watching a video, have to respond to a text, just keep the video going in the corner. It seems it’s iOS 12.5 with Dark Mode and Swiping keyboard.

I’m stuck on the volume hud and the incoming calls taking the whole screen. If they can’t fix that, I’ll be really frustrated.

Absolutely. It’s utter crap!

This is too small to address it in a keynote.

I really love discovering new little things in a major os update. This evening will be fun and ganja.

I think it’s too early to be disappointed. Let’s wait and see hands-on. But yeah, I would be really disappointed if there is no Picture in Picture on iPhone.

So we are still stuck with the same **** iPhone home screens?!! No widgets, no split screen, no multitasking, no PiP. Knew it!! Pathetic.

I’m not super excited!!

I feel the same, as usual, the iPad gets all the good stuff and they ignore the iPhone. It's especially shocking considering they apparently kept the horrid volume hud even though ALL the rumors said they'd finally fix it. Same playskool icons going on the seventh year now, same boring and useless home and lock screens, no widgets, no complications, no status bar changes, nada. Looks like jail breaking will continue to be popular, as long as Apple didn't make it even harder on iOS 13. Maybe since they don't give a **** about iOS anymore they should just give up on it and use Android?

As said by others above, we obviously haven’t seen everything yet, but it doesn’t bode well does it?

The volume hud hasn’t been confirmed to be the same. This is just speculation in the forums from what it seems.

I don't think they can cover every little detail about iOS 13 since there are other products to get through... Lets see what we get after its released to developers later today..

Correct. I feel like the phone taking up the whole screen when a call comes in and changing the volume are small tweaks. Maybe they added a different ringtone selection, new wallpapers, new charging sound or even a “time until fully charged” notification. Maybe we can see the percentage of the battery up in the top right hand corner again. Who knows. That wouldn’t be in the presentation but they could all be in the developer build.

Look on the bright side people, thank goodness Apple didn't waste any manpower giving us things like a new volume hud, how else would they have added so much detail to those animoji??

Apple take the hint ,I’m not buying an ipad. I don’t care how many features you withhold from iphone.
