During the iOS 12 beta period there was a run of Netflix updates that coincided with beta releases... So people started equating Netflix updates with a sign that the beta was coming... and for a while it was on point up until the last few I believe.

Well I’ve changed my mind. The fact that we didn’t get an article saying “5th beta of iOS 12.4 coming today” makes me optimistic that we’re getting iOS 13 beta 2.

That’s true. I’d be shocked if we got nothing today though. Of course they can do 12.4 beta 5 tomorrow and 13 beta 2 next week.

Says who? The linked article says the public beta will come when developer beta 3 comes out (in July).

It seems you didn't read your own linked article. It says the beta profile is coming July.
