During the iOS 12 beta period there was a run of Netflix updates that coincided with beta releases... So people started equating Netflix updates with a sign that the beta was coming... and for a while it was on point up until the last few I believe.
Based on last couple of years, this week we will likely have:
- Monday June 17 - iOS 12.4 Beta 5
- Tuesday June 18 - iOS 13 Beta 2
So..I apologize...I can’t believe it wasn’t pushed through to my phone until yesterday. Wtf?
I haven’t been on the iOS12 forum, so I usually manually start the update when I read about it there.
I just got a Netflix update pushed now

Well I’ve changed my mind. The fact that we didn’t get an article saying “5th beta of iOS 12.4 coming today” makes me optimistic that we’re getting iOS 13 beta 2.

That’s true. I’d be shocked if we got nothing today though. Of course they can do 12.4 beta 5 tomorrow and 13 beta 2 next week.
Says who? The linked article says the public beta will come when developer beta 3 comes out (in July).
Maybe reported was a strong word. This is a tweet from Guillermo Rambo, who usually nails this stuff.

It seems you didn't read your own linked article. It says the beta profile is coming July.
