My biggest hope is that stability on iPhone X is improved. Public Beta 1 was working fine for me the first couple of days. Then, all of a sudden, it started rebooting at strange times even when under no load, not showing full ress photos in the Photos.app and super instability shown in various apps.

Seems like they're working on bug fix updates. 5G isn't super useful right now so probably be more patient. Nobody made you buy an early gen new cellular tech phone.

Ahh just install it. It downloaded in the night and then took 6 mins to install on a 12.

Oh wow. Fastest download I've seen on a beta in a while. I suppose it's because I'm so late installing. I'm rolling with the 12 Pro this morning and can't really think of any bugs I've experienced on B1 but I can certainly check on others for those are that are.
I would really like to see Apple stop integrating new Emojis and start seeing them fix some of these bugs. The iMessage notification and SMS bugs are huge and affecting millions right now. Mail has been bugged since iOS 13, there is still text delay, and their new iPhone 12 Mini has a big touchscreen issue.
Sorry but you're likely to get torn up for this comment so I'll explain it nicely beforehand.
There's more than one team that works on iOS. The emoji team is not responsible for fixing bugs. Following this logic, those responsible for finding and fixing bugs in iOS are also likely not involved in creating new emojis.

Adding a shortcut icon to the homescreen will now run the shortcut without opening the shortcut app. It does pop up a banner for a second or two, but this is a huge improvement.
I can now have icons that run a menu and ask me who to FaceTime, or give me options for calling/texting a particular contact. Sure, we can do that now with a widget, but this saves so much space and can be icon only (no text underneath).

Is anyone else seeing this issue on a iPhone 12 Pro Max... clicking the weather widget doesn’t show the weather art but when you click the weather app it’s normal 🤔

Since I updated to iOS 14.3 Public Beta (Beta 1 even) my Gen2 AirPods refuse to sync with my iPhone 8 Plus. They worked just fine on iOS 14.2 and connect to my MacBook and my wife's iPhone X without any issues. This makes me think there's an issue specifically with my iPhone running iOS 14.3 that is the issue.
Anyone else having issues trying to use/sync AirPods (Regular or Pro models) under iOS 14.3 Public Beta 2? TIA.

Ok I'll restate then: Apple needs to allocate some of their resources that are implementing new features back over to the bug-fixing side. The bugs are catching up to the new features.
And house painters are going to switch to appliance repair. Different jobs different skills.
Couple of question. Does shooting in pro raw give you a jpg too or just a raw image? Can you use Lightroom on the phone to import the raw image and edit it etc?

Same here comparing 11 PM and 12 PM. 12PM widget is missing weather art.
Biggest issue so far is a carryover from beta 1; at times my Airpods Pro can decide which device to link to.
11PM and IPP11.
Will test on a 12PM when I finish setting it up.
I couldn’t have said it better. The amount of important text messages people are missing is insane.
It does not provide a companion jpeg unless there is a setting I have missed.
I have not set up Lightroom on the 12PM yet. Will let you know when I do.
Update: You can import into Lightroom with no problem.
