iOS 14.3 Beta 3 ― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

Anyone know what this circled symbol means? It’s only recently started appearing on my Apple Music. Happens whether I select a playlist, album or individual song. Downloaded on my phone or streaming.

But doesn’t appear on everything and sometimes it’s selected and most of the time not. 🤷🏼‍♂️

iOS 14.3 beta 3 has been really good so far on iPhone 8, except for Music app crashes a couple of times when playing a new song that I haven't streamed ever before. I wonder if that is modem/ internet related or something to do with Music app itself. Other than that, it is really good and solid.
 
So aside from iCloud tabs never syncing between Big Sur and iPhone 12....now my iBooks is not syncing between mac and iphone...

also for some reason on my phone some android phone numbers turn blue like they have iMessage 💬??? I have to exit the txt app and go back into contacts and send txt from selecting contact it self and they say sent txt message?

it think android is an iPhone?

Wifes XR on iOS 14.2 did this while messaging her sister (android) and it would never go through until we rebooted her device. All iMessage worked fine just no non iOS devices. I guess 14.3 has not resolved this as of yet?
 
My AirPods have been very unstable since going to this beta. A reboot has not fixed the problem. Very weird and frustrating.

I’ve had terrible AirPods Pro stability since getting the 12 with 14.1 and every version after including this beta.

Interestingly inconsistent: My iCloud tabs were failing constantly, until this week's Big Sur update. Now they seem in sync.

Autoplay. It will continue playing similar music once your queue runs out.

You can remove Facetime app, exclude it in Controls, however in messages you can activate and use it.
Controls applied to apps can be bypassed by selecting the extra minutes function.
Limit Contacts and block accordingly can be bypassed byb texting a phone number to yourself in Mesages and dialing from within messages.
If you limit an app (ex: YouTube) and it has in internal search feature, that search feature bypasses comtrols and limits.

The one more more minute function only gives an extra minute once (unless you are saying something else)?

The rest would cost £20k per release for a pen testing company to confirm that the controls work as designed. The fact that they are still reliant on a 4-digit PIN shows that this is a function that isn't key to Apple.
 
Has anyone checked if this version solves the problem of optimized loading? In 14.2 if you deactivate it and turn the phone off and on, it turns itself on again.

Edit: Immediately after I tapped to publish my reply, it started working correctly again. :rolleyes:

You are quite right. They can continue to add minutes at will. It adds an inconvenience but does not stop them from using the app.

Tips
Even though I have Notifications for Tips set to Off, I have been getting Tips on my Lockscreen for the last two days. Just the Lockscreen. Verified it was Off. Not seeing this on my 12 ProMax.
I have gone in and did the On / Off attempt hoping it fixes it.
