I think those that area asking about a bug resolution before they install should stay on the public Release Build. This back and forth of wether some component works or is fixed beyond silly. BETA testing means you are willing to experience issues for the privilege of making your device a non-daily driver for the betterment of the product. Its different if you are reporting an issue or even confirmation of an issue. If you can't truly BETA Test then "DON'T"

Would someone please confirm the build for the PB? I show 18D5030e on my iPhone & software update says I am up to date. I didn't download/install anything. Also the date in the OP says January 13, 2020.

The frame drops look good on my end as well. Also, iCloud tabs are now working again.

Can somebody explain the frame drops thing? Like what is dropping, when?

It started for me after I got my iPhone 12 Pro. It only occurs for me when I go into the app switcher and it is not every time. However there is a noticeable pause that interrupts the animation as I flick up. I can’t speak for everyone else but I assume it’s something similar.

Dropped frames are not fixed for me on my iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 14.4 beta 2.

App switcher (multitasking), Safari and other apps have occasional but subtle stutters.

Same on iPhone 12 mini. I just noticed it while swiping home, got the stutter then the app switcher instead of going to the Home Screen.
