My post was directed towards your complaint about Apple software being so buggy in a beta release thread. If you had left your post with the first sentence, I wouldn't have commented like I did. You did more than ask a question.
Ok one more time....let’s see if you can comprehend and not troll. I’m asking if a bug that’s been around for a couple months has been fixed or addressed in the latest beta.

my criticism about apple , like it or not, clearly you don’t, it’s that there are lots of silly glaring bugs (like white text on a nearly white background) slipping through for a long time on OFFICIAL RELEASES. You aren’t going to find many people around here that disagree with me.

Most of us know that betas can be buggy. The issue is that when bugs aren’t addressed especially obnoxiously obvious ones.

Any other virtue signaling on behalf of Apple you’d like to add?

The Microsoft apps issue has been resolved in the update that just came out.

Has the Watch OS 7.4 public beta came out yet? Otherwise installing the public beta of iOS 14.5 does no good if you want to use the unlock phone with a mask on right?

Also, anyone have any solutions on getting Peacock TV app to launch? This is the only one I've come across that crashes on launch.
Yup, Peacock seems to be broken in 14.5, even the revised build. This applies to both iOS and iPadOS. Makes me hate the app even more.

Without wishing to wade in on your micro argument.. ‘bugs’ like the white text on a while background may not be recognised as a bug and it’s simply a mistake that hasn’t yet been corrected. If you’re one of a handful of people noticing it and reporting it, it’s unlikely to be picked up quickly.

Does your phone always has to be connected to Wifi for the Unlock with Watch to work? I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and Series 6 wifi

When you reported it with the feedback app did it show as anyone else having reported similar?
it was already a known issue on release. Which I should have read first so my mistake. However the unlock with a mask is awesome. Here in Australia we have very little covid cases now but we still have masks mandated in shopping centres and supermarkets. We also had a case escape hotel quarantine a few days ago so masks have been mandated in all public indoor spaces now. So much better not having to put pin in everytime now!
